Refund for wrongfully advertised product
They had wrongfully advertised a product. When I wanted to return it and get a full refund the "games" started. Too much hassle and conversations and bargaining instead of giving me fully the refund. They keep a certain amount even when they tell you you will get a refund because of some fine print. The whole procedure is unacceptable from such a big company.

The cat trap in question was not possible to assemble based on the instruction manual, which is useless. It's basically a waste of money. I'll have to take it for recycling.

Sehr schlechtes ,windiges Gartenhaus,Finger weg.
Wir haben ein Gartenhaus bestellt. Für das Abziehen der Schutzfolie benötigt man gefühlt eine Woche. Papierdünnes Blech,falsche Beschreibung,falsche Markierungen auf den einzelnen Teilen,beschriebene Teilenummern fehlen,dafür gibt es von anderen höhere Stückzahlen.Vorbohrungen passen oftmals nicht. Das Dachfirst ist zu kurz und verbogen,wird mit sehr wenigen Schrauben befestigt,liegt überhaupt nicht auf dem Dach.Das ganze Haus ist extrem leicht, die Seitenwände reagieren auf leichteste Windböen, die Seiten knicken ständig rein und raus. Es muss am Boden irgendwie befestigt werden,sonst bläst es der Wind weg.Es sind keinerlei Befestigungspunkte vorgesehen. Keine Abspannmöglichkeit,es ist wie ein Zelt.Wie lange das ganze stehen wird?
Großer Fehler es gekauft zu haben,keine Kaufempfehlung.

Η χειρότερη αγορά που έχω κάνει ποτέ από ίντερνετ
Αγόρασα ένα γραμματοκιβώτιο αξίας 74€ ήταν ό,τι χειρότερο έχω αγοράσει. Η συσκευασία ήταν σε κομμάτια και όχι συναρμολογημένη. Το χειρότερο από όλα ήταν τα εξής, 1ν οι οδηγίες συναρμολόγησης ήταν ασαφής και δύσκολες για να συναρμολογήσεις το γραμματοκιβώτιο. 2ν έλειπαν κάποια κομμάτια από την συσκευασία και αναγκαστήκαμε να κάνουμε πατέντα με ηλεκτροσυγκολλητή για να μπορέσουνε να συναρμολογήσουμε και να ολοκληρώσουμε την συναρμολόγηση του γραμματοκιβωτίου. Ήταν η χειρότερη αγορά που έχω κάνει ποτέ από ίντερνετ

Stay away!
Purchased a coffee table, which arrived with faults. Contacted the support which has utterly failed (over more than 15 emails back and forth) to do anything, even after I have send all photos and details requested! Terrible support, do not reccomend this company and will never order again!

Ridiculous carpenter's workbench
I purchased a workbench that looked massive and professional in the pictures. A table arrived that is more suitable for children's work. I am very disappointed with the product. The return of the table is also to the Netherlands and at my expense, so the entire purchase became very unprofitable.

I bought a bathroom cabinet
I bought a bathroom cabinet. It's a very poor quality Chinese product. The assembly instructions are incomplete and difficult to decipher. Parts are missing. The cabinet ended up in the trash! I will never buy from VidalXL.GR again. I don't understand how they can sell such poor quality products!
Very poor quality products are sold by Pakobaazar but in boxes bearing the VidalXL logo.

This is a SCAM
This is a SCAM, be very careful! I ordered 4 pillows for 37,00 EUR + delivery charges. I received 4 things that don’t even look like the pillows in the photo provided in their website. Very low quality, they don’t even have the same shape. I requested for a refund and they gave me 2 options
1) keep these items and and 25.00 EUR coupon for a next purchase from their website
2) keep these items the items and 18.00 EUR refund in my bank account.
If I still want to return the items they told me that I have to pay 9.99 EUR per item!!!! This is not just a scam this is pure robbery - please be careful when ordering as same is not mentioned in the return policy

Παρηγγελα επιπλο και εχει εγχειριδιο συναρμολογησης.Το προιον δεν υπαρχει περιπτωση να συναρμολογηθει απο ανθρωπο.Οτι πιο δυσκολο υπαρχει με ατελειωτες βιδες κτλ.Εγω τωρα πως θα συναρμολογησω το προιον?Απλα απαραδεκτο στα ορια της απατης.Θα κινηθω με καταγγελιες.

Order 0030001058715. A bed. One big piece of the drawer arrived broken and after about month of waiting for a replacement ensuring me that they would send it to me, they told me that they can not longer support this bed so I have to send it back or give me a llitle money back.. We have e-mails to prove that. Stay away from this company!!
Edit 15-2-26: They finally sent me a new drawer but it is a little broken, too.. So they refund me 50% money back at least, and I change my review to 3 stars because of that.
