I wouldn't recommend it
I wouldn't recommend it. The bathroom drawer I bought had faulty connections and the assembly instructions blurred and misleading. The wooden parts were all scratched and scraped. Poor quality. I will never again buy anything from this store.

Wooden stuff
I have ordered 2 times and my parcels arrived on time. The selves and the desk were handmade of real wood and so pretty. They both worth buying. I am fully satisfied.

Δυστυχώς είναι τραγική η επικοινωνια με…
Δυστυχώς είναι τραγική η επικοινωνια με την εταιρία σας.
Παρέλαβα τρεις παραγγελίες με ευτελούς ποιότητας υλικά( επιπλα σαλονιού- ράφια) , επικοινώνησα άμεσα μαζόι σας για την επιστροφή αυτων και μετα την ανταλλαγή τουλάχιστον 10 mail με διαφορετικό εκπρόσωπο σας κάθε φορά δεχτείκατε την επιτροφή της μιας παραγγελίας με εξοδα μεταφορικών( χρέωση δική μου ) 40 ευρώ.
Μέχρι σήμερα 1.05.2026 ουτε η μεταφορική έχει έρθει να τα παραλάβει , ουτε φυσικά τα χρήματα μου έχουν επιστραφεί.
ζΕπιπλέον συνεργάτιδα σας αρνήθηκε να παραλάβει την 2η παραγγελία προς επιστροφή , διότι κατ' αυτήν παρήλθαν οι 14 μέρες επιστροφής , αν και της προσκόμισα την επικοινωνια που ειχα πάλι με την εταιρία σας μέσα σε αυτο το χρονικό διάστημα για την επιστροφή.
ΣΥΜΠΕΡΑΣΜΑ προς τους επίδοξους αγοραστές: Προσέξτε πολύ καλά να μην χάσετε τα χρήματα σας με ευτελούς ποιότητας προιόντα με την εταιρία αυτή , βασιζόμενοι σε μια παραπλανητική φωτογραφιση αυτών.

the communication is almost impossible
10 minutes after my order i tried to cancel it because i wanted to think about it again, and you dennied saying that the order was already shipped !!!
the delivery was done 2-3 weeks after.... :(

Refund for wrongfully advertised product
They had wrongfully advertised a product. When I wanted to return it and get a full refund the "games" started. Too much hassle and conversations and bargaining instead of giving me fully the refund. They keep a certain amount even when they tell you you will get a refund because of some fine print. The whole procedure is unacceptable from such a big company.

The cat trap in question was not possible to assemble based on the instruction manual, which is useless. It's basically a waste of money. I'll have to take it for recycling.
