The item that arrived was of bad quality and had stains on it. I tried repeatedly to contact the company to request a refund. Via chat you only get the option of a chat box and via phone you get a computer voice always saying that the time on hold is way too long so use other contact options, so you are never through to an operator and the phone appears to be a scam as is the company. The item purchased was very large in size and the company stated in its website that the return costs will be incurred by the buyer, which due to the size and address of recipient (in Poland!) the costs will probably exceed the cost of purchase. I don’t recommend buying anything from this company!

Quality is much lower than ikea/praktiker etc. Pictures seem too good than the product arrived.wood is low quality,screws are ok, pre made holes are not on the spot (when you put the screws joint is not seamless) some pieces are not the same size (like a mm shorter) so final product look even worse. Certainly will not buy again from this store.I would advise spent a bit more a buy from elsewhere.

Quality and color of the product is bad. packaging of product had a lot of sawdust.delivery problems. The tracking and delivery dates wasnt clear. No available communication with the company.

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που παραγγέλνω και είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη, φοβερή ποιότητα, γρήγορη αποστολή προσεγμένη συσκευασία... Και φυσικά χωρίς να πληρώσω ένα σκασμο λεφτά σε μεταφορικά.... ΜΠΡΑΒΟ σας....

Το προϊόν που παρέλαβα δεν είχε καμία απολύτως σχέση με το εικονιζόμενο προϊόν στην σελίδα της επιχείρησης. Απαράδεκτο ένα κιόσκι 120€ υποτίθεται με σίτα που κλείνει μόνο που η σίτα ήταν συναεμολογουμενη δλδ κομμάτι κομμάτι ενώνεις τις πλευρές με αποτέλεσμα να έχει ενδιάμεσα κενά και φυσικά δεν κλείνει..

The only problem was the time needed for delivery. 15 days is long enough...
The umbrella is very nice, more than expected.

Completely satisfied with my order which was a pink metal bed!
It arrived on time and the order's packaging was not damaged !
The only negative thing was that the parts of the bed were not numbered in their packaging in order to make the assembling easier and faster.
Overall ,I am satisfied with my purchase, though I think "human"communication with the company should be taken into consideration more seriously as it was difficult to solve my questions through an automated system !

I bought a TV table, the ad said one size, in reality it came smaller and with signs of wear!! Now they don't answer emails anymore!!!

I was completely satisfied with the tent I bought. It exceeded my expectations and was definitely worth its money. Delivery was spot on, exactly as promised.

ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΣΗ (15/07/2026): Μετά τη δημόσια ανάρτηση της κριτικής μου, το τμήμα κλιμάκωσης της εταιρείας επικοινώνησε άμεσα μαζί μου. Αναγνώρισαν πλήρως το πρόβλημα και μου παραχώρησαν εκπτωτικό κουπόνι ύψους 100 ευρώ για την ταλαιπωρία μου, το οποίο και χρησιμοποίησα ήδη σε επόμενη αγορά. Η εξυπηρέτηση μετά την κριτική ήταν υποδειγματική, άμεση και επαγγελματική.

I ordered the OTTA shoe cabinet. The product is indeed as presented in the picture and its material is of very good quality. Also no complaints about the delivery. These are the only reason I give one star. Unfortunately I was surprised to see that the product is actually useless. The shoe cabinet is designed in such a wrong way that only kids shoes can fit inside, and half interior space remains unusable (ie too big for nothing). I would not recommend it.
Updated review: I upgrade my review to four stars because the company immediately reached out to me offering multiple solutions to the problem that arised, which I appreciated a lot.

I was impressed by products online and the price but my order has not arrived. The tracking link sent after making the order did not work. It was for a different company to the delivery service handling the items in Greece. When I tried the local couriers (ACS) tracking showed my items had been at their nearest office for three days but no attempt was made to deliver them. Vidaxl customer service sent me two emails today. First says "the item is still in transit, and carrier will attempt to deliver it again. Delivery is attempted two times" and 2 hours later another says "According to the latest tracking information from the carrier, there have been two unsuccessful delivery attempts". I had emailed Vidaxl early this morning the screenshots showing zero delivery attempts on ACS tracking. Vidaxl customer service people have no concern or respect for their customers and make excuses for the incompetence of the delivery company.

Extremely disappointing customer service.
It has now been 8 days since I placed my order, and the tracking status has not changed at all. It still only shows "Shipment data received," which indicates that the courier appears to have received only the shipment information—not the actual parcel.
To make matters worse, the courier shown in the tracking does not even operate in Greece, yet despite repeatedly asking, no one has been able to tell me which local courier will actually deliver my order once it reaches my country.
Today I spent hours trying to contact customer support through every available channel. Instead of receiving answers to my specific questions, I was sent the same copy-and-paste response over and over again by different agents, completely ignoring what I had asked.
This is not customer service. Customers deserve clear information, transparency, and real communication—not automated template replies.
Unless this issue is resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the appropriate European consumer protection authorities.
Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this company based on the level of support I have received.

The one of two pillars came with a cut of 5 cm.
