Never met a company who don’t seem to have any idea about purchasing law

I ordered some flooring of this company. It came with three boxes broken. I tried to email them for a week made 4 phone calls and told by the person on the other end of the phone that they weren’t actually able to do anything but would forward a message.

I also didn’t realise that my flooring would be delivered on a paulette. Not delivered inside my house. I have a bad back so had to pay my builders to stay and bring flooring in.

When it arrived we told the driver about the breakages and took photos. So when I did get through to someone I forwarded the pictures and was told they only thought one box was broken and that my builder could cut off the broken bits.

I paid for 14 complete boxes . I am entitled to a refund or a replacement but they told me they would refund me one as good will.

Never again.

This review only covers the process of getting samples.
It was really easy to order the samples via the website. The dispatch was really prompt. The samples were of a good size with complete information labels. Follow up by customer service appreciated. All in all a positive experience.

Order some flooring, a few days after the order they put on a discount code making the same floor £88.55 cheaper. I initially paid £628.98 now the exact same thing is being sold for £540.43. They are refusing to refund the difference so the only option I now have is to return the flooring to their warehouse and buy it again. This is just wasting their time and wasting my time, instead of refunding the difference. Customer services are useless and very argumentative.

I bought 3 packs of click vinyl flooring 1 was damaged on delivery so I sent photos to customer services
They answered back +told me that if I had ordered 10% extra I would have been OK +that I could use the damaged planks at the sides
No apology at all disgusting customer service +the quality of the products has got very bad
I have bought a lot from this company for my property renovation business but this company has got worse over the years so I wont buy from them again

Colour was nothing like in the picture and is not top quality like they say.

They have 2 different websites this one and wood and beyond . On those sites the same product is being sold at different prices. I will not order from either now as the staff didn't want to help in working out how packs would be needed. Seems very dodgy to me having 2 completely different names
