I ordered a few samples and they were delivered quickly. The 'Supremo Royal Rigid Core Natural Country With Built In Underlay 6mm' boards appear much better quality than other samples I've received... Voir plus

Flooring extremely bad quality
Flooring extremely bad quality. Have been trying to return the faulty flooring for 4 days now but apparently they use a sister company to deal with any complaints and they do not respond. Would not recommend

Awful! Refund please!!
I thought I'd reviewed these already but TP sent me an e-mail. So.....Being as I am SILL WAITING for my refund I'll go again.
Pre-ordered £1000 of flooring.
Pay delivery, £39.00
Get an email stating I need to ring and arrange a delivery day. No problem at all. Further down the page, they state they "only drop it off kerbside".....Really, I am disabled and told customer service on the phone. Her reponse "can you not get someone to help you?"
Not really the point love. Anyway, this was a pre-order (not in stock until the 5th may) but they charged me within 5 minutes. So money taken, no chance of delivery and can't order from a better place as they have my cash and she doesn't know when that will be refunded.
Terrible way to do business. Damn shame, the flooring looked really nice in the pics.....
Never again!
PS.
The web site still says "order processing" and still no sign of a refund....Lets be careful out there.

Our deliveries are made via specialist pallet networks, and kerbside delivery terms are outlined on our website prior to purchase. We do understand that this may not be suitable for every customer, and we apologise if this was frustrating in your circumstances.
Regarding the pre-order payment, as with many bespoke and pre-booked stock items, payment is taken at the time the order is placed in order to reserve the stock allocation. Refunds are processed in line with our standard procedures.
We are also sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the communication you received from customer service. Your comments will be reviewed internally as we always aim to provide helpful and respectful support to all customers.

Very poor service and very high delivery costs.
Got a sample which showed the product to be white and the photos on the website showed very fine marbling effect. The laminate we received has vey big grey splodges which look like paint has been thrown over the sheet, nothing like the photos on the website.
The delivery costs are very high - £40 on an order worth £70 - and returns have to go back to separate warehouse at the customer's expense which makes it economically pointless.
Website also doesn't seem to work properly with some areas being unresponsive.
I wouldn't use this site again.

Regarding the product appearance, samples and website images are intended as a guide, however due to the nature of laminate and printed décor designs, pattern variation and shading can occur between boards and batches.
Our delivery charges reflect the size, weight, and specialist handling required for flooring products, and return conditions are outlined within our terms and conditions prior to purchase.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the website functionality and will pass this feedback to our technical team for review.

Quality of the flooring was good
Quality of the flooring was good, no damages. The delivery driver was brilliant. My delivery was meant to be on a Wednesday, stayed in all day, didn’t arrive. Phoned next morning they said they will get back to me and let me know what’s happened. Phoned again!! Said they have asked the courier to phone me. Arrived Friday 2 days late.

I collected the tiles from the warehouse and the collection was seemless.
Very efficient.
