Vision Linens Avis 

I recently purchased 2 pillows from Vision Linens and want to say that the quality of the product is excellent and the company itself was very helpful. I bought a duvet, a mattress topper and pillows on a previous occasion and everything was excellent quality & really really comfortable for a good night's sleep. I highly recommend them.

Products great, invoicing etc. good, delayed delivery - stated 2-4 working days, actually 16 days! delivery short on 1 item paid for but not on delivery note - to be delivered after emailing notice of shortage. communicate by email only, the phone number on the website was not working when I tried it, but email response from sales office was swift. Could be better service, but apparently there were snags with their IT system -
thank-you for the response to my review! yes indeed the phone number does work - it didn't when I initially tried it for some reason best known to itself! That said, service is no longer wobbly! - hence the edited review.

Paid next day delivery it was not sent out next day and still not had any confirmation that the order will be arriving why offer next day when you don't send parcels out next day

Excellent linens - just reordered another duvet cover pillowcases and sheets - they are so good - wash well too

High quality linen ordered lovely pillow cases arrived within a few days

Good product easily delivered

I love the selection of items on the website. The tablecloth I needed was larger than other sites provide.
I found one for less than half of what I expected to pay .
It was delivered quickly. As soon as I saw it , I ordered another exactly the same .A delighted customer who will return

This company have been awful to deal with. I placed an order and they sent me a tracking number with no courier firm details so I couldn't track the order.

When the order didn't arrive, they sent me a screenshot of a tracking screen that claimed to show delivery on a date when I wasn't at home.

When I asked for proof of where the package was left as I couldn't find it in the usual drop off places nor with my neighbours, they sent me a photo of a Brand Alley package being delivered to my home.

And, after 3 weeks, they're only just saying that they will open an investigation and they're refusing to refund me.

Great pillows great price quick delivery..I have been using these pillows since staying at a Holiday Inn..And have reordered a few times now.. Thank you Visions..

Good quality item, arrived on time

You have only issued a refund of £13.36 which was for the postage . Not for the table cloth at £22 . I’ve explained this over multiple emails and no one is listening .

I’m still waiting for this to be resolved . I’m still waiting for the tablecloth refund . Please just sort this out so I can stop emailing .

Ordered a table cloth in good time for Christmas. It was soiled when it arrived . Customer services said they would send a replacement when they received the return telling me they would refund the postage I would have to pay to do so . I Sent it guaranteed delivery for the next day but I didn’t receive the replacement until two weeks later .. and after Christmas . Instead of the 274x 178cm tablecloth I received two 100x 100cm cloths . I’m still waiting for a response and still waiting for the postage refund .

It’s great product, delivered in time and perfect box 📦. Will continue buying your products. Super recommend.
