Vortexair Avis 

I purchased two Vortex Air Pro fans that heat and cool. Demand for these items has been very high with the extremely hot climate we endured this Summer so there was a delay despatching the items to me. This company has been overwhelmed with the demand and plagued by false companies & advertising on Facebook and other social media platforms. I stuck with the real company and am very pleased that I did because the fans do exactly what I expected that they would. Now the main heatwave has subsided for this year, I am more than happy to wait for the colder weather to arrive so I can make use of the heat facility during the Winter. The fans have 10 fan speeds for cooling and a selection of temperatures for heating, run very quietly on the lower speeds and compare very well with a well known branded blade less fan that I already own, for a fraction of the price. I was so impressed with Vortex as a small family business, and their products, that I have now purchased their H2Oasis water filtration system which I am also finding very useful. They deserve to do well and continue to deliver good customer service.

Ordered & paid for my Vortex unit 8 July in a heatwave & it didn't arrive till 26 August & the heatwave was over !
I tried to contact Vortex by phone & email & their own messaging system to try and get some/any delivery update, but they simply didn't respond - terrible customer services and delivery information etc
However, the Vortex unit is excellent and although bought for cooling, it arrived in time for its heating abilities, but there's always next summer !

Although high in demand my order arrived quickly by a polite and punctual delivery driver. Have tried it out and is working well. Very happy

The H2Oasis was a replacement for another product which we had for many years. It arrived promptly and was very well packaged. I was able to set up it, even with my arthritic hands. Being a very eco aware household, we tipped the first flushes of water into a bucket to be used elsewhere.
We live in a very hard water area, surrounded by farmland. The quality of the filtered water is first class,my very expensive coffee still tastes good. The hot water dispenser holds enough for my summer daily 2 pint jug of lemon tea to put in the fridge. Recommend ordering an extra jug straightaway, and keeping one in the fridge, especially in the summer.

The goods were straightforward to order, arrived promptly and matched the description given. I personally feel they are value for money too.

The customer service is very poor with replying to queries relating to late delivery of my fan. I will not be buying another fan because of the lack of customer service partially when the full amount of money was taken on ordering. I was unsure if I was going to actually recieve my fan.

I recently had a problem with a fan I'd bought through Amazon. I contacted Vortex directly and they were extremely quick to respond and replaced the faulty fan with no quibbles. Excellent customer service.

Brought a fan for my office. Nothing wrong with the fan but customer service is appalling. I called them and emailed them in JULY to request a VAT invoice and guess what.. I am still waiting for a reply. A company isn't worth anything if their customer service is not up to scratch. Unfortunately will not be buying from them again.

Bought two fans disappointed with how useless they are, contacted customer service was offered a £50 refund to keep the fan which i turned down and wanted to return for a refund, returned both fans but only received a refund for one so im owed £141.50 messaged customer services and still not received a reply after a month

Unacceptable product and terrible customer service!

purchased a cooling fan for £149, but as soon as it arrived and I tested it, I realized it doesn't cool the air effectively at all. It is completely useless for its advertised purpose.

To make matters worse, I tried to return it via the Shop app well within my 30-day return policy. However, their customer support delayed responding to my messages for so long that my return window expired. Now I am stuck with a £149 useless appliance. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the deceptive customer service. Avoid!

First time I have dealt with Vortex Air, and it won’t be the last.the customer service was 2nd to none. Very helpful, and concerning. I could not have wished for better service.

I've only had this VortexAir bladeless fan for a few days and its amazing. The fan looks amazing, the air it produces is amazing and cool. Its definitely powerful for any room or space. The remote is easy to use, even the heat the fan produces is toasty and would make any room cosy in a matter of minutes, I would 100% recommend VortexAir to anyone, I might even pick another one up myself for other parts of the house. Keep it up!

If I could give this company a zero I would customer service is terrible they do not answer emails and do not pick up the phone and when they do they are not interested. I would never use this company again.

I ordered my fan initially before the really hot weather started. Delivery took longer than I would have like, but I knew they would be inundated with orders.
My fan was great for a couple of weeks, but then it stopped oscillating.
I messaged support, and after sending a video of my issue, a replacement was ordered immediately and was delivered within 2 days.
Although I was not happy with my expensive fan not working as it should, the engagement with customer service rectified my issue extremely quickly.

The fan itself is great - I love how you can adjust the speed 1-10, even on the top speed, it is lovely and quiet!
I am looking forward to trying the heater settings in the winter!

No one to speak to about a mistake with the order,not as good as the Dyson and the wire is very short ,wouldn't recommend

Very quick delivery,put the filter up ready for use when the old one runs out,here in about 3 days

I ordered mine in the 9 June, it was a preorder for when in stock, payment was taken. I’ve chased via email 4 times, no reply. I called them , 15 in the queue, when I got to number 2, it said call back & cut me off! Guess whats coming up
To 3 mths later I still don’t have it.
AVOID AVOID - scammers
