Vortexair Avis 

I ordered the Vortex Air Pro Plus and Cleanse last winter, having experienced one in a friend's house. They arrived well packed and I have been very pleased with them - especially during the recent heatwave. I had the fan on during the night, being noiseless and gently cooling, allowing me to sleep through. I would recommend.

Ordered a fan weeks ago. It should have come days ago. No replies to emails, nothing in the 'shop' app they made me download to track the order. If anyone there is reading this, could you just maybe get in touch?

Not received the fan, ordered it on the 10th July 2026 .
When I ordered the fan it was saying 3 days delivery, I completed the order and paid, one day later I had confirmation about the payment, and say it's in high demand, and the delivery date 18th August, so tried to email them , saying a 48hr reply, nope More like 10 days , tired to ring them, again straight to answer phone , it's now 20 august 2026 had a email again today saying my order is on hold again , they didn't even ask if I wanted my money back, just imagine all the people that have paid up front , and the interest alone what this company is making , it's a joke.
If you don't believe me , before you buy try and ring them up or send them a email 1st , unless the want to wait for a long long time and pay for something which you got to wait for. Not a happy customer here , please please please don't fall into the trap like I did , just to clarify I've not received anything! .

If I could give zero i would, what an absolutely disgusting and disgraceful company!! Placed order in July I was informed at checkout this was a pre-order fine I'll wait. Quoted despatch date passed no contact from them. I emailed to chase and got an email back 2 days later advising me theres been a further delay. I responded that I wasn't happy to wait any longer and asked them to cancel my order, no reply. Tried calling I was "number 14" in the queue, this number went down slowly over 30 minutes slowly just to have to call answered with a recording to tell me to email 🤬 looks like you get this everytime you call. Went on webchat oh no not a webchat its a messaging service, responses within 24 hrs really? Still waiting. 2 more emails asking to cancel no reply now i have to refuse delivery because going off the other reviews I haven't a chance in he'll of getting a response to a return request email. Luckily I paid via klarna but honestly this company is shocking AVOID AVOID AVOID! **and now they reply to say they have despatched the order!! I WANTED THE ORDER CANCELLED MORONS**

It took quite a few days to make initial contact with the support team, but I am very satisfied with the eventual outcome to my problems. Thanks.

Purchased a fan in December 2025 and it's now developed a fault emailed vortex 4 times and not had a response (24hr response to emails apparently)
Would not recommend this company at all customer service is beyond poor

This company does nothing but lie if you suffer on bad nerves or anxiety I strongly recommend that you don’t use this company. You will never get your problem resolved Customer Service zero

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! Telephone number NOT recognised and the support email address will never respond to your queries . I rue the day I ever placed a large order with this awful company , now taking this up with my bank .

im leaving a one star review as there isnt an option to leave less, two fans ordered in June for next day delivery, not received so I contacted Vortex to query this, got a failrly dismissive email and no fans, weeks passed i contacted them again, was offered a partial refund , upgrade and new firm delivery date of 9th of august, 11th still no fans, Recontacted them (they never initiate contact regarding delay) asked for a refund, no further conatct from them, no refund and no fans. Please see their reply it should ship in a few days, they told me last week it had already shipped, and provided tracking numbers - which still say it’s expected by June 25th you couldn’t make it up. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a Vortex Air Pro Plus 2nd October 2025 and it worked really well until the end of June this year. I reported a problem using their message service and by email with a video of the issue. In all I have attempted contact 10 times with no responses. I then managed to get through on the phone 30th July and was asked to send another email with another video but have not heard anything since. The fan was good while it lasted but their customer service is abysmal and its not worth the bother.
Funny how they reply within days to this comment but its currently 4 weeks plus and I haven't had a reply to my email regarding the appliance not working after 8 months

Very very poor customer service. Requested to have a refund but they offer a partial refund of £30 if I don’t cancel the order. Accepted the offer & since then no update with regards to my order. Tried to ring them several times, and it was a long queue and cuts off when nearing your time & suggest to send an email instead but still very very useless as they are still not replying to emails either. I don’t know what’s happening now!!!

Again I’m one of those who ordered a fan in July in the heat wave to be told a delivery of 15th August I chased this up and was told it would be shipped on the 15th with tracking however still no signs of any tracking number or the fan being delivered
Don’t get caught out by this company and order one

Be warned if you’re considering buying from this company! I too am absolutely disgusted with ths company. I ordered a fan @ £139 on 16th July 2026. I have still not received it @ 18th August. No tracking available, no reply to email, tried calling put on hold for 45 minutes then automatically told to contact by email and cut off!!!. I'm going to cancel my order & get refund via my bank! 😡😡

Ordered 2 of their pro fans £219 on 9th July. When order placed it said due to high demand that delivery would be on 15th August. I had still not received by this date and had no way of tracking. I emailed their support team which they say will be responded to within 48 hours which did not happen. Also called the customer support number and stayed on the line in a queue for approximately 50 minutes, when I was number one in the queue it gave me a message asking to email their support team and abruptly cut my call. After reading other reviews I can see that this is a common problem. Very disappointing. I have since edited this review as my original was quite scathing because I genuinely thought I had been scammed. I received a reply to my review saying that all orders are again being processed and delivered. A couple of days later I did receive notification to say my order had been shipped. Received my order today so have increased my stars from one to three. Happy to at last have received my order but I really do believe that communication could be hugely improved.

I initially purchased a small rechargeable Vortex air fan to see what it was like. I've been extreme impressed that such a small unit can cool down the air so quickly. When I'm able I'd like to order a large Vortex.

I wanted to do 0 stars but there was no option.
They sent me my items across a period of a month and all were delayed. Then they weren't as described.

Their refund policy on the site was that they will send me a postage label for return. But when I tried to do this, they quickly changed their site and told me I had to pay for postage back (which was very expensive).

I sent it back, 2 months later, no matter how much I chase, no response. I have a picture of them signing for the delivery (which I sent to them as proof as well as all of the details of the shipment) returned but they are purposely ignoring me. I have purchased it in May, but still waiting for responses and a refund - its now approaching end of August

Also, they have a dummy phone number. They put you in a queue, leave you in there for hours until you hit number 1 and then they disconnect.

THEY ARE FRAUD EXPERTS

PS. They now replied saying to contact their support team via email …. What do you think I’ve been doing for 3 months? You have all the proof and all the details… do something with it you frauds

I bought the hot/cold fan, it is not cold it just circulates warm air and not very well at that. They promised next day delivery which took 3 weeks and their customer service is atrocious. This company will take your money then ignore all communication DO NOT USE
