Absolutely atrocious customer service and product. I bought a fan last year which broke after a month of use. I reached out to customer service and after a lot of wrangling I eventually received a replacement.

This would normally be the end of it, but a year later the replacement broke in the same fashion as the first. Considering the product has a 2 year warranty, I reached out again to see about receiving a replacement or refund but after nearly 3 weeks and multiple emails, still no response. I have sent over all the required information, including videos and photos of the problem, but no response. I doubt I'll hear back from them, so I have no choice but no never recommend this company or product.

Dreadful! Item itself was fine but just not what we were looking for. Took numerous attempts by email, phone and letter to contact Vortex Air to arrange return and refund. After receiving no response whatsoever over a month of trying to contact them, I had to go through my credit card company to arrange the refund. When I finally received an email from Vortex Air to arrange collection of the item, it was a curt, generic email that didn’t even address me by name and offered no apology for the hassle and time it had taken to organise a simple return. The email was from the “Head of Customer Services”, my experience shows there is absolutely no customer service whatsoever!

Item was delivered quickly and the fan is perfect as a desk / bedside fan. Thank you

I thought buying from a well known brand, would be safe, so I ordered a Vortex fan on the 11th july, paid £136, told due to the high demand, it will be delivered the very latest 12th August, but will let me know when its going to be shipped. As the latest updated version sounded very good, i decided it will be worth the wait.I have emailed them twice asking, is there an update on my item,? and both have been totally ignored.
DO NOT order from them as their quick enough to grab your money, but dont have the decency to update you, as many companies do so, or when you email them, not once but twice, just be ignored.I feel others need to be warned that dont let a well known brand name fool you. They are no better than many unknown companies that dont care about their customers. Had the fan of been good, I intended buying one for each of my children, but I wouldn't deal with Vortex now, if they offered things at half price. Had they of replied to me, i wouldn't be writing this either.
So disappointed in them. Forewarned is to be for armed, so dont be fooled like I was

Absolutely disgusted with ths company. I ordered a fan @ £139 on 5th July 2026. I have still not received it @ 18th August. No tracking available, no reply to email. I'm going to cancel my order & get refund via my bank. So many bad reviews, no-one will be ordering from them now.

Arrives as the website said. When I ordered it did give me a date and one actually arrived a day earlier than expected and one on the day. Love them. One for me and one for mum. I was kept in the loop of the dates and love the fans. I do have a Dyson fan but for a third of the price win win. Can’t go wrong

Unfortunately the same as other people now I have read the reviews. Phoned to chase delivery as not on the stated day and waited on the phone for 30 minutes before being told to email and cut off well within their stated opening times. Have now messaged them online which should get a response within 24 hours so will see what happens but not holding my breath. Can't tell you what the product is like as not received but customer services are awful.

Easy to order. Good website. Good value. Fan works well and easy to set up.

Having a slight problem with my evopure fan I got in touch with Mandy from Vortex, who was absolutely brilliant.
Although my unit was just out of warranty, she offered to replace it.
The new unit arrived in 2 days.
That is what you call customer service.
I would highly recommend buying from this company, for customer service alone.

Utter rubbish customer service , very disappointing ignorant rude customer service, fault fan wouldn’t help at all never buy off them again

Item never arrived, and they wouldn't refund. Ignored emails until I went on FB. It got to 10 emails before they responded.

I am quite frustrated with this company. I understand it was a pre order delivery 15 August. I tried to ring the company I was 28 in the queue so put phone on loud speaker some 30 minutes later and down to 1st in queue an automated message said to email support which would be answered in 48hrs. I tried again theater in the morning but unfortunately the same thing happened. I am beginning to think this may be a scam as you certainly cannot speak to anyone and emails not being answered

I am also still waiting for my fan to be delivered. I ordered it on 14th July & payment was taken at the time. I was advised that delivery would not be until 15th August which, considering that nowhere in the country seemed to have any fans in stock, was reasonable. However, delivery day has been & gone - no notice from the company that there is any delay & no response to messages. This is a huge scam & I will be contacting my bank & trading standards

Do not purchase unless you want to lose your money.

I’m not normally one to complain or leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been so disappointing that I feel I have to speak up. I simply don’t want other people to have the same awful experience I’ve had. If this review helps even one person avoid wasting their money, then it will have been worth writing.

The delivery took much longer than expected and the product was only delivered after I repeatedly chased them.

Unfortunately, the product itself is very poor quality. It feels cheaply made, falls apart easily, and the fan quality is terrible.

The customer service is absolutely atrocious. I contacted them multiple times, but despite their website stating that they respond within 48 hours, I received no response. Looks like Trustpilot reviews are being responded to, rather than customer emails.

I also waited on the phone several times for around 30 minutes each time, only to be told on an automated line to send an email at caller number 1. After emailing them, I heard nothing back.

After finally getting through to ROS on the phone one day, she stated that a refund would be issued, but to date, NO REFUND has been received. At this point, the whole situation is honestly becoming a bit of a joke. Promising a refund and then failing to actually issue it is completely unacceptable.

I also found a VORTEX AIR SCAM Facebook page and noticed that many other customers appear to be experiencing similar problems, which is very concerning and suggests that I’m not the only one having this experience.

Save your money and avoid this company. Very disappointing product, extremely poor customer service, and an unacceptable experience from start to finish.

I genuinely hope this review helps someone think twice before ordering. If I can help even one person avoid going through what I have, then at least something positive will come from this experience.

Good product, delivered very quickly and is a very good fan. Good price too.

I ordered two fans from Vortex Air want to return the smaller one but you cannot speak to anyone, i have sent emails let messages and phoned only to be 13th in the queue, waited over 30 minutes, got to 1 caller to go and an automated message cam on telling me to email and line cut off, website gives no return information just tells you to email support but of course no one replies.

I have now called 3 times each time I get close to number 1 caller and it cuts off at 30 minutes that's an hour and a half I have wasted of my day, called hotsnap too, same story wait 30 minutes then get cut off
