Amazing Service and Follow Through!

Amazing service! My Diamondback Spotting Scope had a malfunction. I use it primarily for my daughters archery tournaments and state was coming up fast! They received it and turned it around with a new unit and two day shipping! Zach Meitner, was an amazing communicator during the process! Great Job Vortex! Most everyone uses Vortex on the archery circuit, but they all ask me after every shot “how did it look”. BTW my daughter is going for her B2B state win in two days. Thank you all!

Exceptional VIP warranty and customer service.

I bought the first model of the Fury rangefinding binoculars back in 2018. The eye pieces got stuck a while ago and would not adjust. I sent it back to them on the VIP Warrenty. With no questions asked and no charge they fixed it and paid for shipping both ways. After receiving it back from them it would not get a range on anything further than 100 yards. Once again I sent a email, they responded within hours saying that the allignment must have bumped out during shipping. They paid shipping for me to send my unit back to them and they sent me a brand new Fury 5000 free of charge. Exceptional service and warranty!!

Cannot say enough about how good this company is.

Recently, my crossfire binoculars snapped in the center after some all-around hard use. I have two pairs, and these are my favorites. I wrote the cmpany who told me to send them in. If they were not abused or intentionally damaged, they would fix them. First, they sent me the prepaid shipping label, but after about 12 days, they dod not fix my Crossfires. I opened the box, and they sent me a brand new pair, no questions asked. In today's world, few, if any, stand behind their product, and when they do, it's always a fight. You can pay more or less, but no other company provides the exceptional customer service Vortex does. Thank you.

I was amazed

I was amazed! My son sent me a spotting scope which was missing the eyepiece. This had to be a $300-$400 item and I certainly couldn't prove I didn't receive it. The Vortex employee I spoke with, agreed to replace the item and shipped it promptly without question. I have dealt with Vortex on many occasions over the years. They have always been courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I now only purchase optics from Vortex.

Company stands behind their product

I have a tripod that I use on my camera that's made by vortex. I've owned it for 5 years. Recently, one of the bushings that hold the lower portion of one tripod leg in place failed. I contacted the company to inquire about parts. They instead offered to pay the postage to have my tripod sent to them for repair. Within a few weeks, I received it back fully repaired. What a great experience. I'm so happy that there's still companies out there that care about what they make and stand behind their products. A+++++. Highly recommend!

I bought a used pew pew from a friend

I bought a used pew pew from a friend. It has a Defender ccw mounted to it. My friend couldn’t find the tool to remove the battery and make adjustments. I contacted Vortex customer support via their webpage inquiring to purchase the tool. Next day I received an email stating the tool will be shipped to me free of charge as per their lifetime warranty. That what customer service and warranty’s are supposed to be. Not my first Vortex product and definitely not my last

Warranty request by email. …

I sent an email to the Vortex warranty department describing what I needed replaced on my Spitfire AR 1x red dot. The battery cover is of a softer metal and has an odd shape slot used for removal. Standard flat-tip screwdriver is either to wide for proper slot insertion or isn’t thick enough to prevent “slack” while removing it. This resulted in a wallowed out area overtime and become more and more difficult to remove the cover without removing the optic. After the email I received a reply in under 48 hours that my part had been shipped. I was absolutely shocked that a company without ever seeing a picture of my cover, had already shipped it out. I received the new cover via USPS within 10 business days along with some promotional material and a new Vortex lens cloth. Based upon this experience with the Vortex Unconditional Lifetime Warranty, I’d find it hard to purchase any other brand. Hats off to Vortex for doing (and quickly I should add) exactly as stated without any questions asked. Return request for worn part by Vortex wasn’t asked either. Vortex has very high quality optics and now a lifelong customer in myself. Thanks again Vortex for making it a simple and trouble free service.

Vortex lifetime warranty

I recently returned a Vortex red dot scope that I had for a number of years to Vortex as it had quit working. Rhonda quickly sent me an email advising me that they had received it and it would be turned over to their optic shop. Ryan contacted me soon after and told me it was beyond repaireas a result would be replaced with a newer upgrade.Because it had come off of an older Glock Pistol a replacement mount had to be manufactured and mailed to me. I received the amount and Scope at no cost to me. I spoke to the Mount manufacturer who was not part of vortex and they advised that had I ordered the amount. It would’ve been approximately $90. Vortex had covered the cost. Just say the least I was extremely happy at both the replacement mount and also the new red dot.

Excellent customer service

I recently purchased a vortex crossfire hd 3-9 x 40 scope. I grew up shooting with redfield and leopold glass on my rifles. This crossfire is the first vortex product ive owned and I must say its every bit as good glass wise as my vari-x 3s and better than my older redfields. It's fit and finish is compable to my mark 4 leopolds.

Anyway, the point of this review is in reference to vortex's customer support, its absolutely superb. When sighting in this scope, I inadvertently dropped one the elevation turret dial screw when I was resetting the the dial and couldn't find it. Anyway I contacted vortex customer service via email and 4 days later a replacement arrived in my mail, free of charge along with a lense cleaning cloth and a vortex logo ballcap.

Vortex Optics Warranty

I had purchased a pair of Vortex binoculars many many years ago. They worked great but finally had a problem with the focus. I sent them in to Vortex for service/repair. They immediately sent me a brand new pair of binos for free. No questions asked, wow. An amazing, honest, true company that totally stands by their products! Thank you Vortex 😁

Amazing warranty and service

Amazing warranty and service. Lost my windage cap on my viper 6.5x20x50 rifle scope. Contacted Vortex US for a parts #. They transferred me to the Canadian office who asked me for name and address. 2 new caps arrived following week at zero cost. I will never buy anything but Vortex going forward, it’s also nice to see there are still companies out there who goes over and beyond when it comes to customer service. Awesome thank you Vortex

Excellent after sale service

Apart from the fact that my Ranger works far above the chinese devices I bought at first, I have been surprised by the excellence of the after sale service. As if the brand considered a customer as valuable long after he has paid.

Vortex...A company and product I'd highly recommend!

This is a review I've been looking forward to making. This company- from their product to their customer service - is exceptional. I bought a Vortex Razor spotting scope about 4yrs ago and the quality of the product for its cost point firstly is exceptional. It really has taken my birding to the next level. I then lost a lens cap and was struggling to find a replacement online, so I contacted the Vortex customer care team and Tony got back to me super promptly, asked for my home address and mailed me a replacement lens cap, no questions asked! The lens cap has just arrived and I'm super grateful for it. I've bought my wife now a pair Vortex Diamondback binoculars of which she is super happy with. I can't recommend this product enough!

Vortex monoculars and exceptional customer service

I own two Vortex monovulars, the Vortex Optics Recon R/T 15x50 Tactical Scope Monocular and the Vortex Optics Solo R/T 8x36 Monocular.

I was born with one eye far sighed and the other eye near sighted, which means I can’t use binoculars. Monoculars are the only game in town for me.

I live on a boat and travel on/about 6000 miles a year and needed a monocular so I got the Solo. LOVED that so I got the Recon. Both are solid and very dependable. but thats not why I am writing now.

I needed a new clip for my Recon so I asked VortexOptics via their customer service online for information on how to buy a new one. With NO QUESTIONS ASKED, they sent me one for free. During the conversation, I also asked the size of a replacement bolt (tiny bolt). The also sent that no questions asked.

I have been around a minute, and I dont think I have ever seen finer customer service. The fact that the customer service is attached to exceptional product makes it even better!!!

Bought my wife (a serious deer hunter)…

Bought my wife (a serious deer hunter) a pair of vortex optics 4 years ago. Something was wrong with the from the start. Thinking they were damaged during shipping. Couldn’t focus both eyes. Busy with young kids and life , After 4 years finally called them. Gentlemen that answered the phone (mind you I didn’t wait longer than 10 seconds) emailed a shipping label. 10 days later we had a new set of binoculars!!! Made in the USA!!! Best feeling doing business local. From Northern Ohio to Wisconsin. Love the service and response!!!!
