Part worked after some modification
Part was exactly what I was looking for, but had quite a bit of mold flashing that had to be filed smooth before I could install it (hand rail bracket). Also, shipping was very high for such a small part, almost $25.

I appreciate the fact that you stock an extensive collection of pre-bent elbows. It makes it easy to weld a nice looking tubular hand rail. This time I chose to use the economical stamped elbows. I just ground a groove on the seam and welded it up, so it is sealed. You also got me the elbows quickly, so I could get started on my project.

account lock out & slow website
I have been ordering a long time from Wagner online, I used to have zero issues, but a week or so ago I tried to do an online order & it said our account was locked down. I went back & forth with customer service as well as our GM while I was out of the office as to why & trying to get resolved. Finally it got fixed on 5/15/23. Also lately I have noticed the website has been working extremely slow, taking a long time to open parts after searching part numbers.

The fact you for some reason now cannot check out with a CC and have to wait for a customer service rep to call is a bad business model and super frustrating on the end user.

All the parts where what I had expected. If I had to give you ideas on how to improve, I'd say 1:do not wind up the cables so tightly. it makes it more difficult to unwrap.
consolidate fittings. all caps in one bag, all washers in one bag, etc.
