Very impressed from start to finish.
The web site is uncomplicated and easy to navigate and lace your order.
The angels arrived speedily as promised and were suitably packaged and the courier was exceptionally careful delivering them.
The panels are beautiful, both by visual encounter and to the touch.
I’ve used mine as a background for an arboreal backdrop fora vivarium.
They are heat resistant , water roof and simply ideal.
Sadly the mould of the panels doesn’t allow for a blended join, however with the correct fire foam and colour grout you can simply get around it.

Excellent Customer Service. Rockstar panels not bad either.
My Rockstar panel order initially arrived on time, but incomplete. Additionally 1 panel was damaged due to a manufacturing error and a couple had very slight scuffed corners from shipping. The Walldec Customer Support proved to be truly amazing and James immediately arranged for the manufacturing error panel to be replaced, a tube of touch up paint to be shipped for the corners and the missing solvents to be included. This was all actioned in less than 2 days.
The panels don’t pattern match so I can’t use them for what I had initially planned. They are so beautiful that I will find something to do with them.
Would I recommend Walldec & Rockstar panels? Yep 100%. Will I use them again? Yep – I hope so.

Minor transport scuffs can happen during courier handling, and it seems your touch-up paint was missed — we apologise. You placed your order on October 6th, selecting the Free Standard Delivery (2–3 business days) option — which means your estimated delivery window was October 8th–9th. Despite this, we upgraded your shipment to Next Day Delivery at no extra cost, to ensure you received your order as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, you left a 1-star review on October 7th, before the estimated delivery period had even passed. We believe this review does not accurately reflect the service we provided.
We always do our best to deliver orders quickly and efficiently, and in this case, your parcel was dispatched on time and within the promised schedule.
Very poor delivery
Very poor delivery. We ordered an acoustic wall panel and it was delivered a few days late. When delivered it was broken and not usable. When contacted customer service, i was told to wait another 5-7 days for a replacement. Poor.
