We have continually tried to make contact for a return. I called before ordering to make sure the oak panels had oak all the way around each slat. He assured me yes. They arrived and there is only a strip of oak on front with black sides. Emails not answered, phone not being answered now, apparently had a collection sorted yesterday waited all day and no1 showed up. We need funds back to order elsewhere.

We are truly sorry that our service fell short of your expectations and this has led to a negative review on Trustpilot. Normally the return shipping fee would be £75, but as a goodwill gesture we've reduced this to £25 for you.
A full refund was also given.

Product was great, but I ordered 4 glues but the packaging got damaged and I only received 3 tubes and 1 nozzle fitting, no replacement sent

Great products and best customer support.
I bought Walnut acoustic wall panels. Super fast delivery and constant information was given during delivery, assembly was very easy. I learned how to assemble it from the product description section and YouTube ads. Customer service was very good and helpful, and the delivery driver was very nice and helped me carry it home. Worth the price, I definitely recommend it.

The items were well wrapped, clearly identifiable as fragile and delivered promptly. The driver was very helpful and assisted me in storing the items. I made an initial inspection of the goods which appears to be of good quality and condition. I would heighly recommend this product .
