I absolutely love my fire it is beautiful, easy to assemble and fit on a partition studded wall. Speedy delivery, family and friends love it. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking to buy a wall mounted fire

We are very satisfied with our wall mounted fire it looks great and was easy to install.

Purchased a new £300 fire from here, approx a week ago. Fire arrived ok, but when we opened the box we realised we had ordered the wrong size fire. The size we received was 660cm but the fire we needed was 900cm.
I contacted the company straight away, and was told by the manager, that they were happy to do the exchange, but the 900cm fire we wanted was not available for 3-5 weeks, at this point things went downhill rapidly. I tried to contact them via email, messenger, mobile phone and through their website, but he heard nothing. Finally, I was able to get a response and was told, that they had managed to find the model I needed in the back of their warehouse, and would send it out in exchange for the one I had received. When the exchange fire arrived at my house, I couldn’t believe it.... It arrived in a battered box, which belong to another fire of a different size. We removed the fire from the box, and found that the fire looked as if it was en ex-demonestration or secondhand fire. Screws were rusty, the log effect was damaged at one end, the remote control was worn looking and had lots of sellotape glue stuck all over it, and only worked every now and then, ( we tested the fire, to see if it actually did work )Also someone attempted to replace the factory applied thin plastic sheet which is on the front glass, but did a bad job of it. I have plenty of photos of this fire (when I managed to get in touch with them regarding this fire they sent, they simply said it’s what they call their ‘back-up’ fire. Thats not what I paid £300 for.
We refused to accept the fire, and I paid for it to be returned to them. Getting a refund from them has proved impossible because it seems they don’t care, they gave me nothing but so called promises, miss information and ‘avoiding tactics’, and I’m now stuck with a new fire that does not fit my fire place, and I’m forced to try and sell as second hand at a financial loss to me. They will reply to this with a denial of course, but I have the pics

Best looking wall mounted electric fire. Easy fix. very pleasant when used in low light with the coloured side lights and flickering flame effects.

Looks great. We only use it for effect not the heater and it runs really quite. Good choice of colour flames and side lights. Would recommend. It also comes with a choice of clear crystal stones, log effect and white stones Delivered as per delivery date no delays.
