None of the products received .... 3 weeks later!
Please don't waste your time. I placed an order on their website and 3 weeks later still don't have delivery of the products. the payment went through fine including one for the delivery. Spoke to their customer service a number of times and still no joy! they finally managed to send me a replacement after haggling them but even that hasn't arrived.

Terrible
The samples I ordered came crumpled up and unuseable.
When I raised the issue they said there was no other way to package them.

Didn't even order a sample loved the wallpaper and brought 7 rolls...3 too many so got to return them however, paper went on very well, good quality and looks amazing!! So happy. Paid for standard delivery and arrived the next day.

Great customer service, was easy to order and delivered on time.
The wallpaper I got I absolutely love. Have only ever hung wallpaper twice before but this was so easy to hang, no creases or marks and didn't break the bank. So pleased with it.

I had a really good service from this company. I found some wallpaper in the sale section, just what I was looking for. It arrived when the company said it would, the quality was really good and looked even better than on the pictures on the website and at a bargain price. inexpensive quality wallpaper
Wanted some inexpensive wallpaper to improve my home prior to putting up for sale. Found the wallpaper shop online and they had just the right type of wallpaper in the sale items. Was really pleased with the paper and believe it was a genuine sale price as the paper was of similar quality to this I had seen in stores at three times the price. I can really recommend this company for their choice of paper quality and quick despatch. I will be looking at this site for me next purchase.

AWFUL PAPER AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper for the living room and we hired a professional painter&decorator to complete the job whilst I was away. I returned home extremely excited to see our new living room to be highly disappointed by the Finish. I only ordered 4 rolls and we ended up with different shades.
I approached the company for assistance and I was advised tough once hung its not their problem.... SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We just wanted to address your negative review.
If we have sent out two different batches of wallpaper, which has not been confirmed by you in any emails, we apologise unreservedly. Had we been notified of the issue; we would have rectified this mistake at the earliest convenience.
In previous emails to you, we did state that our T&Cs stipulate “Hang 2 strips of wallpaper and inspect for faults. If a fault is found, stop the job & contact us immediately with photos and a brief description. We cannot be held liable for consequential loss for defects apparent prior to hanging. No claims, in excess of 1 roll can be allowed for defects which are visible. Should a fault be found after the job is complete, we will be unable to compensate for the goods or any additional costs incurred.”
We are always happy to reimburse or resend new products to our customers if these terms are followed.
