Aftersale Care Poor
Recently purchased wallpaper for my daughters bedroom, on arrival lovely design and good quality paper. We had a trused and professional decorator in to hang, the rolls were reverse rolled, not ideal but as stated on website. The pattern matched at the top but quickly fell out off alignment, which was very obvious due to the illustrations on the wallpaper. After exhausting the 3 rolls we had we had to entirely remove. The decorator had discarded the packaging as he went, so only had invoice to share for traceability, again not ideal. Look these things happen, it was the 'your issue, not ours' type attitude from customer service that added insult to injury! Had to shop elsewhere and at our cost, the decorator was very decent after seeing the response and only charged us once!! 😀

Excellent service - Fast delivery - And quality wallpaper
The girl who took my call was super friendly and answered all my questions. Her advice was so valuable as I was looking at wood panel wallpaper but they all look the same especially online. Delivery was fast and arrived in a couple of days even though I did not pay for quick delivery. So ignore the reviews about couriers as it’s out of their hands once it’s passed to a courier, I had no issues. And the wallpaper arrived and it was gorgeous and good quality. Now I have a dining room that gets lots of compliments. Thank you Wallpaper Shop will definitely use again on my next project.

I love the paper wall and the customer…
I love the paper wall and the customer service.
However, if I've known the use Hermes to deliver I would have never bought anything.
Again, Hermes left my parcel on the street and the box was open and damaged.

Your local Hermes courier definitely did not comply with the our delivery standards, and we are sincerely sorry that this happened with your order. Their Customer Service is excellent
Their Customer Service is excellent. When I rang to enquire about a delivery I got straight through to a real human being. No horrible automated options and messages to wade through first. The quality of the Wallpaper was very good for the money. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for their courier losing my second order. Which they resolved immediately.
