Smooth , easy going process from initial visit from Nigel to finish plastering by Steve . No hard sell just a few tips and pointers from Nigel who was the 1st of our quotes in deciding what to have .
James the main guy for fitting did a superb , professional and courteous job ,always conscious of doing his work and treating us the customer with the upmost respect , his hard work in the hot weather is a testament to the man (thank you James)
We now have a room we can utilise far more than previously so thank you all for your help with this

From Nigel's initial visit to James final visit everything was first class.
We had three quotes and elected to go with Warm Roof Specialists as Nigel explained all aspects, gave us a number of options and didn't try to 'over-sell'; in fact he talked my Wife out of couple of things we were considering advising the additional work and cost wouldn't be justified.
So far as James the installer is concerned; he couldn't have worked harder, being more polite and professional, his work couldn't have been better and he was always tidy caused minimal mess and disruption, at the end of the job the site was completely clear of debris and waste.
We elected to have the internal ceiling dry lined and plastered, it is first class and a great finish.
Our job was completed just before a very hot spell of weather (28 to 30 deg C) and we couldn't believe the effectiveness of the solid roof, not only is the heat insulation vastly improved there is also a significant improvement on noise reduction.
Our conservatory has become more of a building extension and we are looking forward to a room we can use throughout the year.
All in all, a first class job from Nigel, James and Ste the plasterer - the roof looks amazing inside and out!

Amazing work carried out over the last three days by James. He worked like a trouper on his own to complete my conservatory. His work ethic is impeccable and he was so respectful. Brilliant company overall and cannot believe the difference the roof has made to the temperature and overall aesthetics. Nigel came to our home first and clearly talked through all of our options with honest advice.
Josh and John came to do the initial survey and planned the work.

But the biggest shout out goes to JAMES for completing the work, he was absolutely fantastic throughout. He carried out a lot of the work on his own, and worked tirelessly. James made the whole process easy - he was professional, hard working and an all around nice guy. All along making sure we were happy...

The plasterers finished it off beautifully. (Never known a clean and tidy plasterer...but they were!)

Fate definitely played a part when I found Nigel . From the get go he was so easy to talk to , friendly and very approachable. No frills just straight talking and full of ideas and advice . We talked through what I wanted and needed and then he passed me on to Josh who is probably honestly one of the nicest guys I have met in my life . As he started work on my home with John he made everything so easy , and kept me informed on every single thing he was doing . Both Josh and John worked round me and made the whole process so easy and effortless. I now have the most amazing room that was my conservatory.
. It is now my main living room .. it's warm , safe and cozy. I would definitely recommend Nigel and Josh and John to anyone. Josh is so professional and full of the most amazing ideas that you probably would never see . I cannot fault them at all . Josh didn't leave until I was absolutely sure everything was okay . John is such a nice fella and left my home so clean and tidy . They are lovely down to earth lads who do a good job . I don't think you would get anyone better

The experience of working with this company has been exceptional, from Nigel coming out to quote to the hero that is James undertaking all the work himself to the plasterers who we can only describe as the dynamic duo! We’d been thinking about getting our conservatory roof replaced for ages but never really done anything about it until recently. So glad that we have and that we decided to use Warm Roof Specialists. From start to finish the whole process has been great, no pushy sales pitch from Nigel to try and encourage us to go for the most expensive option, very down to earth and gave us recommendations based on his considerable experience and honest views on what he thought we should go for. From giving us the initial quote to survey to work being done has been very quick.

James surveyed and also completed the work alone due to staffing issues but this wasn’t a problem for him. His work ethic and professionalism is exceptional, he wanted to make sure that we were happy with what he was doing and worked really hard to ensure that timescales were met. We both found James to be very polite, customer focussed, made sure he tidied up when he left and would add that he is generally an all round great guy. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any further work we might need in the future.

We no longer have a tired old conservatory, it’s given it a whole new lease of life so thank you so much James and Nigel for a job very well done, it’s much appreciated.

Josh & John are to be applauded for their workmanship. They turned up when they said, never stopped the two long days they were here.
They were polite, tidied up completely after themselves and were genuinely nice fellas.

My experience was not the smoothest, due to circumstances beyond normal control, so let me concentrate on the the main points of the Roofing. We have had a range of people quoting with pricing from the insane to in-line with expectations all until we contacted Warm Roof Specialists. First of all Nigel came out and was friendly, warm and not pushy. He listened to what we wanted and then provided me with a number of options. Next up we had the surveyor out who confirmed everything and then finally we had the actual fit and now it is complete and it looks simply amazing. If these people are on your list make sure you book them in, I would be surprised if you are disappointed my roof looks amazing and feels wonderful

I cannot recommend this company enough. From first contact with Nicola, to meeting Nigel and getting booked in, James the surveyor and to the guys that came and did the work Josh and Jon. Every single one of them were lovely. Josh and Jon battled the wind and rain and managed to get it done in two days. My conservatory is now a room, it’s warm and bright. It’s a shame it will be used as an office and not an extra living space! I wish I’d had it done sooner! Josh and Jon were outstanding, great lads really friendly and extremely hard working.

If anyone is thinking about converting their roof, don’t contact anyone else. They are a fantastic company and you won’t be ripped off

Massive thank you to Nigel, Josh, Mathew & team. We decided to change our conservatory roof, Nigel explained in detail the different types of roofs we could choose and the 10 year guarantee and the cost was great and why we chose to use this company professional from start to finish.
Josh & Matthew came and fitted the new roof their knowledge of roofs & guttering solved a problem we had which had been box gutter leaking, thanks guys.
They clean all up both inside & outside before after they left. The difference is amazing we now have another room we can use during the winter months and not heard the rain or hail stones. Will be definitely recommending Nigel Josh & Mathew - Warm Roof Specialists Limited to all my family & friends.

What can I say, only met Nigel last Friday, he was very good at explaining the different types of conservatory insulation, and understood where I was coming from with regards to budget and where I needed to be, he was not pushy at all, and then kept in touch over the weekend. James and Cameron came and did the job yesterday, lovely guys, just got on with it, no issues at all, very good clean working, no issues. THE CONSERVATORY LOOKS AMAZING, totally different room now, and cant wait to get it decorated for Christmas. Thank you guys for an easy and seamless transaction. Highly recommended.
