Very happy with the service provided by this company, from our initial contact with Nigel who gave us excellent information and advice regarding the internal insulation of our conservatory roof to the team who carried out the actual work. Josh and Martin worked without a break and were polite and friendly without being intrusive. They did a great job and were professional at all times. We are very pleased with the finished work and have already benefited from the more ambient temperature in our conservatory. We would be happy to recommend this company.

From the moment I messaged my interest in having my conservatory roof done, Nigel contacted me and arranged an appointment, There was no hard sell which is what I like and he didn’t put any pressure on you at all he just gave me the information. Josh & Martin the installers were excellent workers,they literally didn’t stop, very hardworking and polite they are a credit to this company and Martin who did the plastering. The work done by these people was fantastic. Nigel came out to see us over a bank holiday weekend to answer our queries. The work was done earlier than planned and the lads cleaned everything away every night so we didn’t have to worry. We are so happy with our conservatory now and can actually use the space. James came to install the insulation on the inside of my conservatory, they were exceptional, the standard of work carried out was of the highest quality and his customer services was outstanding, went above and beyond.

Nigel came out to measure and give us a quote. He was friendly and honest. Within 2 weeks the work was completed. James and Matt were great. They were hardworking, efficient, polite, respectful and above all really friendly. They weren’t intrusive. They worked very hard and we are so very happy with the results. It has completely changed our conservatory into a new room to be used all year round. It looks really impressive from outside too. So glad we chose this company and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Especially if you are lucky enough to have James and Matt doing the work.

From beginning to end we would highly recommend this company. We live out in a small rural village and find it difficult to get companies to come out that far! However Nigel made the visit initially with absolutely no hard sell. James came to survey the job and them James and Matt completed the work. The conservatory roof has been totally replaced to a high standard. The team didn’t even stop for a lunch break and arrived really early despite a two hour journey. They booked into a local hotel in order to have an early start on the second day. We can’t thank everyone involved for making our conservatory a warm cosy room.

Very pleased with our new roof thank you. Credit to the lovely lads that came and did the job - James & Matthew, very professional, nothing too much trouble, excellent job done, very hard grafters (didn't stop for a break), polite & friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone. Will write another review when I know more what a difference it makes in terms of being warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, as only had this done last week, but already seems to of made a difference and not be as cold.
Nigel/the owner came to our house to explain how the system worked and was very honest, price was very competitive (much cheaper than others that had quoted), and he knew what he was on about as had years of experience in this trade. Not pushy with the sales either which was nice.

After getting three or four estimates we chose warm roof specialists partly because of their sheer enthusiasm and genuine honesty and warmth. They were willing to modify their design and budget to fit with our needs .
Nigel was a pleasure to work with and refreshing honest and fair.I was put at ease by how straight forward and fair he was without any prompting .It was more than I expected .In these times where so often you don't meet or speak to people in person it was a breath of fresh air to negotiate in an "old fashioned" trustworthy way ,where people keep their word and act on principle .
There are going to be issues and problems regardless of who one chooses ,and I highly commend Nigel and his company for persisting and solving issues in a totally honest , fair, and positive manner .
He was never impatient or adverse to coming up with agreeable options.
