Not a good experience unfortunately.
Nigel and Josh although were helpful initially and the roof was installed as per specification, the finishing off was rushed and not compliant to building regs standards.
We had to have some elements completely redone by a new builder to ensure compliance.
I would not recommend this company.

Very impressed with quality of work and time it took to complete the job. We are really pleased with roof and plastered ceiling inside, it now feels like a new more usable extension. Josh, Paul & their teams all worked very hard & the standard of their work was very high. Nigel was very knowledgable about the products & helped us choose the best option to suit our needs. Overall we are very impressed.

Nigel was first class from the start mapping out the various options for our replacement roof, and keeping to his word as to timescales and costs etc. When it came to the day of the fitting, Josh and his team worked hard without stopping and finished the work in half the time originally estimated. The team are true craftsmen and completed the job to a superb standard, and even cleaned up and took away all rubbish. Highly recommended company who do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it and to a high standard

Nigel the owner and Josh and his team did an absolute fantastic job with the light weight roof they installed on our conservatory and replacing several window panels on our house which wasn’t a problem for them so we highly recommend Warm roof specialist. Thanks Mark and Wendy.

Communication and honesty is rear, Nigel is that in a nut shell we could not ask for anymore.
The fitting team of Josh and the plastering guy are Craftsmen, professional, pleasant and explaining the build in stage step by step, nothing was too much trouble. The work ethic and detail was second to none, a team like that are hard to find. the conservatory is so nice and finished to the highest quality I wished I had done it a lot sooner. Nigel the team and warm roof specialist are the ones to go with. strongly recommend them

They removed it fitted me with a beautiful roof and made my old conservatory safe and nothing was to much for them very helpful kind and considerate also very professional all the way

Non persuasive selling from Tony backed up by contract completion from Nigel. The fitting team of Josh ( surveyor) and Paul were professional from start to finish, explaining the build in depth and the workings of the materials used. All old materials was taken offsite and this particular installation team come very highly recommended. All in all a trouble free transaction and completed in 3 days

The craftsmanship and results were exceptionally good. Nigel cane to see me twice, with no big sell and a tray of options of build, ranging in cost. Nigel came again to have everything agreed and then Josh came to conduct a survey. Attention to detail in both the craftsmanship and the administration and service standards was excellent. Unprecedented, in fact. Thank you.
