Excellent customer services
WAS have been fantastic with dealing with a number of warranty issues regarding my vehicle. An easy and fast claim process and allows me to use a specialist of my choice. Tara in particular has gone above and beyond in helping with any issues and even when I thought warranty wouldn’t cover the issue they have been able to negotiate with the dealership I purchased the vehicle from. Very happy overall.
Extended Warranty information.
I required some information reference an extended warranty dating back to vehicle purchased in 2023 having had no luck from the dealership who sold me the vehicle. Kirsty said she would look into it and sent me the relevant documentation within half an hour. Excellent service!

My experience of dealing with Warranty Administration Services has been exceptional. I had two claims processed by Matthew and Tara, who were courteous, supportive and efficient in timely responses making the process very straight forward. Personally I had a faultless experience when claiming for the first time and can highly recommend as a result.

From the first time I contacted WAS, Tara P. the claims supervisor made the whole process simple. I was surprised how quick her responses were to my emails. She explained the process clearly and simply, and then managed the whole thing between the dealer and the repair garage. Also kept me informed. Friendly, prompt and efficient. I was a bit apprehensive about having to claim via a warranty but WAS made everything so simple. They dealt with the garage where the work was being done, they liaised with the dealer that I bought the car from. Everything was done and paid for with very little having to be done by me. Excellent service all round. I dealt with Tara and she was great.
I raised a warranty claim for vehicle repairs…
I raised a claim for vehicle repairs under the Warranty I purchased when I bought my car. Initially the claim was rejected because it seemed that I had not sought authorisation for the claim prior to proceeding with the repair ( which I believe I had done ). Fortunately my issue was passed to the claims supervisor ( Tara Paulson ). She investigated what had happened and quickly got to the root of the problem, which as it turned out I was not at fault. Tara's intervention resulted in my claim being accepted and I received payment in full. She also gave me detailed guidance on how to raise a claim such as this one in the future to avoid similar issues. She was brilliant, very professional yet courteous and friendly at the same time. It was customer service at it's very best.

Had car for 2 weeks and battery failed, this is not covered by warranty, however, the folk at WAS were very helpful and got my battery replaced by dealer, really quick as well. Top notch service from very friendly people.
