Warranty Administration Services Ltd Avis 

This is my first claim with the warranty and I’ve had such a positive experience, they’ve been so helpful and informative. Always prompt and quick at replying which made the process so much easier and quicker! Currently waiting for reimbursement but it hasn’t been long and any questions I’ve had have been answered so quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend!

I have been liaising with Kirsty (in the Admin team) for a few years now. She is always courteous, extremely helpful and quick to respond to my requests/queries.

This is the third claim with Warranty Admin - all of them were dealt professionally, prompt and with proper and due process. While I hear some bad stories from garages and other warranties, I would only take Warranty Admin as my next car warranty, and I would highly recommend. Particularly Tara and Robert are very pleasant, professional and understanding.

Great company to deal with. Responce to emails is almost instant. Robert was very helpful sorting a claim we made.

Mr Andrews was most efficient and helpful but Ford's in Basingstoke issued me an incorrect invoice and it took 2 weeks to sort it out!

Quick response with clear instructions to ensure the approval was simple and easy.

Tara made my warranty claim superbly easy and was without a doubt the nicest support agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. You should have zero doubts about using this service.

Before submitting our warranty claim we read the many Trustpilot reviews in praise of Matthew & Tara. They almost seemed too good to be true, but turned out to be spot on. We emailed the claim & they got to work immediately : clear guidance & friendly advice; prompt checks of the garage estimate; confirmation to carry out repairs followed by prompt payment.

Unfortunately I did not realise I still had warranty when my turbo ceased so paid for a turbo replacement myself, once finding out I had warranty I spoke with Tara, due to not going through the correct channels I was not covered but Tara was so helpful and understanding that they have managed to pay a 50% good will to support the turbo replacement due to the money coming from my savings for IVF treatment, I could not be more happier 😊
