We needed a new electrical part for our pond filter and this website was very easy to navigate and find what we needed and then the part was available for collection the following morning which was excellent! Highly recommended!

Do not pay the £3 premium for delivery.
Do not pay the £3 premium to have your purchase delivered "Express (1 Day)" as the courier used by Water World (EVRi) seem to be on a different timescale to everyone else and believe "up to 2 days" is acceptable. EVRi received the package at 11:38 on Tuesday 5th September and it has not been delivered 2 days later.

Needed replacement 3w lamps
Needed replacement 3w lamps for Blagdon lights. They came up cheapest, although these lamps are far from cheap. Delivery within a few days as expected.

Pleased overall with our order
Delivery was well organised and delivered on time. The order was well packed and secure.
Just a couple of things to mention...no instructions with lighting or glass lid but we worked it out.
We are very pleased with our new aquarium and cabinet .
