The staff were very helpful, ordered our water feature. Communications were great when it arrived. We had an LED light out. I phoned& a replacement was sent out. Great service. Thank you so much. 😊

Water World are excellent! Fish tank arrived on time and on a pallet. Fully protected in perfect condition. Price was competitive too.

Very quick and easy to find what I needed with great prices. Delivery time was quick also.

Fish Tank Order
First time buyer and ordered a new fish tank which would be delivered in about 3 weeks by pallet delivery.
Email received a couple of weeks later asking me to confirm if a suggested delivery date would be okay.
Was then able to track the delivery which went without a hitch, driver brought the pallet to my front door and then waited patiently while I checked the condition of the tank etc.

Going down hill
Ive used waterworld for a number of years. the bloke thats usually there is very knowledgeable and helpful. recently the fish are not as healthy as Ive always thought. lately ive been in and found the service poor and disrespectful. The lady today began her phone call to tell them her friend needed to speak to her. She was not helpful in any way and couldnt be bothered to finish her phone call before speaking to me. She didnt even take the time to discuss any options with me. (Even the option of ordering it in for me) I was left feeling uncertain of where I could go.

Water World offered the best price when I was looking for my Fluval 158 litre aquarium.
