We purchased a large pond liner (7 x10) from Water World, Neston, Wirral.
Took a long time to supply and had to chase to check if it had arrived and ready to collect. Workman on site today, unrolled the liner in front of me and found a scissor cut! Spoke to Water World and was told the cut would have been noticed if it had been there when it was sold! Husband returned it and was accused of dragging it across the floor! Weight was 120kg so absolutely not possible to move it. Totally untrue! Disappointed at the lack of customer support and accusations. £742.50 refund requested and lost our business for future. AVOID!

Hello. We supplied the 7m x 10m liner within 10 days of you placing your order and you collected over 1 month ago from our store. We did not accuse you of dragging the liner at all - we said that it had looked as if it had been dragged this could have been at the point of manufacturer. We offered a replacement and would get it to you as soon as physically possible but this was then declined and given a refund. We are a better price than Huws Grey per m2 by 50p, which your son-in-law whom you said works for Huws Grey will be able to confirm.
FedEx failed, Water World fails
Unfortunately FedEx kept failing to collect the item for delivery. This unfortunately meant Water World kept letting me down. On the positive, the staff were polite when I phoned to inquiring about my item. They also had the best price on the net.

Probably one of the best customer…
Probably one of the best customer service encounters I have had in many years. Not only did water world smash the price anyone else offered including cashback deals. Had my delivery within 2 day and on the day I wanted..thank you. But when it turned out 1 silly part was missing from my aquarium water world took no time at all in sorting the problem and dispatching it to me and even included a little something extra at no cost. Once again to all at water world you are brilliant and keep up the good work. I can highly recommend this business.

The staff were helpful and Friendly. A part was missing from my new pond pump/filter, as soon as I informed them I was told to take the remaining pieces back as my electrician had already done all the installation etc.. they sorted it out no problem... Fabulous people. I'd most definitely recommend buying from this place xx
