All good from start to finish. Things have changed with them as Direct debit payers used to get a kerosene upgrade for paying monthly but that’s gone, all in all happy though as always deliver quickly... Voir plus

Founded in 1957, Watson Fuels supplies heating oil, farm fuels, road diesel, fuel cards, boiler servicing, and a wide range of industrial lubricants to businesses, farms and homes across the UK.
We’ve expanded from our origins in rural Wiltshire, and now deliver c2bn litres of fuel each year on our famed red Watson tankers, from our network of depots across England, Wales and Scotland.

Always check Invoice.
We put in an order for 500 litres of domestic oil and agreed a price but when the Invoice came through it was not what we had agreed, ie the price per litre was higher and the total amount. It has subsequently taken almost two weeks to get this amended, having spoken to x4 different employees. Jodie Howe, the last person I spoke to, has managed to resolve this for us so thank you to her.
We have been with Watsons for over 20 years and it is only in the last 18/12 that the service from you has not been up to scratch.
It would be good to hear back from you.

The oil arrived on time
The oil arrived on time. It was easy to phone and book the delivery. It is good to be able to speak to someone and not just book a delivery on line.
