I loved my experience!
I loved my experience with Wave Antiques. I followed them for a time admiring so many of their pieces. I thought it might be troublesome to purchase from them because I live in the US. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I fell in love with a cameo ring on their site and decided to give it a go. They had great communication - the ring arrived when they said it would - beautifully packaged and was as stunning as it was on their site. I know it’s just a matter of time before I find the next treasure. ☺️

I found Waveantiques by chance
I found Waveantiques by chance , i have always had a love of Antique Jewry.I was just Browing when this ring came up. It was so like a ring i had stalen many years ago. I took a gamble hopeing it was not a scam. My ring arrived it is abulotly fab. its real valued well needs making bigger cant wait to wear it thank you.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I had concerns as never purchased such an expensive item online before however, following several questions about the item with customer service and with assurance that the returns policy still stood even after resizing, I took the plunge and purchased the ring, which I received the next morning! The ring was perfect, exactly what I was looking for and so much better in real life. Will definitely be keeping an eye on the Wave Antiques website for my next purchase.

Faultless!
An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish! The team reserved my antique diamond ring while they looked into getting it made to a tiny size for me, altered it, restored the settings for me and sent it for testing to get a diamond certificate all free of charge. The ring arrived and was more beautiful than I could ever have dreamt of. What a genuinely lovely business!

Damaged gem should have been made clear
Beautifully presented with a personalised box however the Lapis Lasuli stone in the ring was quite badly damaged by a previous owner. This was NOT made clear in the description and the way the pictures were taken, did not show up in any of them. In fact, the pictures made the gem look to be in perfect condition. Which it is not.
As a result, I have been disappointed with this purchase. I feel it was over priced given my earlier comments.

Due to the antique and second-hand nature of pieces with 100+ years age some items have signs of wear and we try to restore our products to their best possible state before sale. We will always aim to given as accurate a description of the item as possible and we are always happy to accept returns for full refunds within 30 days.
