Service Review
I think as a whole Wavenet do the best they can, being a middleman between us and the network providers, who can be very difficult to deal with. There is room for improvement when it comes to getting responses to queries and fault reports reported to Wavenet and sometimes it can be very hard to speak to a person when you need help.
Our main order contact is Pegah Yakhchaliha, I find her a pleasure to work with and she provides a vital role keeping us up to date with our order progress and dealing with issues that arise during the installation process. Her updates are provided in timely and clear manor and we very rarely have issues in our dealings.

Efficient, Reliable and Supportive.
Wavenet is the best company to be partner-up with - their service has been amazing throughout the 3 years we have been with them. I would continue using their services, and would recommend to others without a doubt.
The team is so wonderful, easy to communicate with, raise tickets is easy and also fast results for the solutions and they are flexible.
One particular person is Emus Omamogho who i have worked with on my account - and is always there is assist me and my team and gets the job done fast and efficiently so that my company doesn't miss out.

Connectivity Issue Resolves
Had a connectivity issue this morning with my laptop and needed help in connecting to a WIFI access point. Emus was not only professional, but also very fast and helpful in his response and sorted out everything within 10 mins. Thank you Emus.
