Very friendly and helpful engineers
We had a visit from Clive Armel Evans yesterday, Clive is always very friendly, helpful, gets the job done quickly, provides a great service and keeps us well informed, as do the rest of the Wavenet team.

Overpriced and under serviced.
They charged me £135/month for broadband. Vodafone only charges £25/month. Then when I wanted to cancel they said I was in a contract and had to wait a year. I waited a year, switched suppliers and they are still taking money out of my account. Absolute crime.

Setting up a new desktop

Emus made onboarding with Wavenet through my company's WiFi super straightforward. He replied to my initial email within 5 minutes and I was logged in within another 5. Very easy.
