Watch out to not take out membership.

I assumed this is an ordinary online store so put a shopping basket together and went to check out. At the very last step - just before paying, but after collecting your email address (thanks for nothing) - they casually let you know that you'll take out an annual membership with the purchase, costing you about 8/month.

So, had to abandon my shopping basket and went over to H&B's. What a waste of perfectly good time...

The products are amazing, and I'm considering buying more of them. Great website, and amazingly fast delivery too. 100% recommend.

I ordered a very overpriced product which I would not purchase again . I then received a email telling me that they would be taking 48.00 membership fee . I then contacted them and informed them that I had not given them any permission to do this . I now see they have done so . I believe they are misleading customers and am now going to pursue for the return of my money . My advice is to avoid buying from this company

£48 has been taken out my account today without any authorisation. I did not sign up for this now I'm trying to get the money back. What kind of company does this.

I've had an amazing first experience with Well Easy. I recently moved out of an area where I had a shop that stocked these foods within a few minutes to somewhere that is more difficult to source organic goods so I'm so glad I came across this. The prices are by far the best i've seen too and it's well worth the subscription if you want to prioritise eating high quality food. The customer service has been great and I will be a life long buyer!

Regarding the 1* reviews of being charged £48 - it is very clear that this is a membership platform and it would not make sense for you to have free access to the lowest prices (as the business would not be making much profit) without paying a small premium for this!

I really don't understand the bad reviews. I ordered a big haul of specialist snacks (GF/DF/no added sugar etc), which arrived promptly, and I feel very informed on the membership situation. The website is really clear on the membership, so I don't get how people are getting surprise charges. The entire experience has been great. I've got my 30 day trial that I was planning on cancelling, and now I'm considering keeping the membership. I've just seen you get redeemable points for writing product reviews....that's pretty cool. My only complaint is the volume of marketing emails I've received, but it's very easy to unsubscribe, and I get it.

EDIT 03/09 - how anyone could get a surprise membership fee is beyond baffling. Honestly, this company is legit. My only worry is my waist size!

As somebody who has always been committed to eating good organic food I love what Well Easy are doing. I also live on a tight budget and so getting the things that I like at such good prices is great and so is having them delivered to my door.
That said, I don't really need to order enough to get benefit from the membership fee and so it's a bit of a balance for me as to whether it works financially.

Great prices and fast delivery! Good company and prices a lot lower than supermarkets! Lots of organic and food that is not processed!

Then received an email a couple of weeks later saying I'll be paying £48 for nothing ..
No thanks . Rather not.

I can get soy milk cheaper at Lidl... Or Tesco.

The website is easy to order products you want and next day delivery can’t get better

Had cause to use customer services and my query was dealt with very satisfactorily.

I ordered a substantial amount of snacks and healthy food with 2 day delivery . Less than 1/2 of the order arrived. I emailed them as you can’t contact them any other way and they responded saying the order was now coming in 2 batches and the second batch would come the following day which it didn’t. I’ve since emailed them 3 times with no response. My last email I asked for the money back for the items I didn’t get but they have still not responded. It seems they have kept my money and frozen me out.
Therefore I don’t know what to do now as they are certainly a reputable company and I would never recommend anyone to buy from here unless you like being robbed.

Genuine discounts on products I was having to spend lots of time sourcing from different places. I now have the convenience of Well Easy having my favourite brands all in one place and saving me money.

Great delivery service selling a wide range of healthy & exclusive brands (e.g. Citizens of Soil) that would take hours and ££'s to travel around to find yourself (even if were possible). Rapid delivery, keen prices and the £4 pcm membership is recovered in one small shop as most things are sold at a 20% discount. We are already well ahead after only 2 shops and have 11 months membership to go - a great deal. They couldn't be more transparent on the site about how membership/charges work so reviewers complaining about not knowing need to have a word with themselves. Deserves to succeed.

Around Nov/Dec 2024 I recieved order well packed or so it appeared, no signs of damage to outside of box.
The order was jars of jam and they were all individually packed in bubble wrap, however one jar of jam that had a smashed base, although you couldn't detect this until I picked up the jar and the bottom fell away letting the sticky contents cascade all over the carpet. Sent 'welleasy' photos etc. explaining the problem thinking there'd be a refund for one jar of jam. Carpet was cleaned but stain remained. Didn't get a response for a week so sent further photos of by now ruined carpet. Eventually I contacted them asking if they had a 'customer service dept' . This time I recieved an email saying " we want to put this right for you...etc" please tell us how we can do this etc".
I repeated what had happened but never got a reply...gave them long enough to respond and it's now July 2025
