I’m really impressed with WellEasy. I was a bit sceptical and pleased I could do a trial for a month without paying, but I plan to continue to the paying annual subscription. I’m surprised to see reviews which say they weren’t aware this would be charged after the initial trial period (unless cancelled), as I think it was clear when I put my first order in. Perhaps the website has changed over recent weeks to make this more obvious.

There is a decent variety of things with good offers on. One of my parcels arrived with some items open inside and I contacted them and they dealt with it immediately in a very positive way. These things happen and the customer service is so important when they do. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I've been charged £48 for membership which i did not agree to and without warning. I don't believe this is legal.

Everything! Brilliant communication,speedy delivery great products always consistent. Only comment would be they need a bigger variety of stock other than that amazing!

I love WellEasy! They have an excellent selection of healthy products that are great value for money. I've made them part of my regular shop!

Everything I had so far has been fabulous, it’s delivered well packaged and communication is great. So many good healthy choices especially for my grandson when it comes to snacks.

Purchased products are being sent of poor quality and not fit for human consumption. Full cases of 6 1l orders of plant milks are being sent opened and unsealed, when they should always be sealed - as in original state. Sending then opened and unsealed weakens the cartons in transit and consequently makes them extremely difficult to open without severe spillage of plant milk in the cartons and also, caps being rendered useless - due to ripping off - as the cartons are no longer robust enough - after being squashed in transit.

The company gives me the opportunity to buy healthy food at a price I can afford. Saying no to ultra processed food becomes easy with Wellleasy.

The delivery is very good, any problems are dealt with quickly.

All you recent reviewers be aware that in a few days time this company are going to charge your credit card with £48 for membership that you did not agree too. So it might be a good review now but that will change. Any new customers thinking of ordering please be aware this is nothing but a fraudulent company. They did not make it clear they were going to do this at the time of ordering nor did they notify me they were going to take this amount out if my credit card.

Please do NOT use this company. Like anither reviewer has mentioned I too have been charged £48.00 for “membership” I did not agree too. No email or nothing to say it was being charged. This company is FRAUDULENT.

Forced to become a member and then have to cancel or be charged £48. It does make it clear you are joining but not that you will be charged £48 after the free trial. Beware!

I was happy with my order until they charged me £48 for membership I never agreed to. I tried to contact the customer service but no reply so far. Also I never received an email before being charged. This is not honest and I would not recommend this company

I have been so impressed with WellEasy and the products they sell. It is reassuring to know that you are ordering healthy options at a very reasonable price. Yes you pay an annual membership fee, but over the year this is only £4 per month. On only a couple of items this pays for itself. I have tried lots of products and they are all great, nutritious and not filled with nasties that you would find in a supermarket. They do all the research in order for you to choose wisely. I highly recommend

This wellness company has all the great food products you need to sustain a healthy body. A fantastic range of vegan, vegetarian and wellness products for everyone. The company gears itself towards sustainable and natural food products all under one shop. I love the kombucha drinks, natural spreads that have no additives or unnecessary colours, preservatives. A massive range of everyday food products which makes you feel better to what you’re eating and putting in your body. Great company with ethical, sustainable and lovely products.

I had no idea that this company was keeping my credit card details and my personal information, which I would never have allowed, and then taking £48 for a year’s membership without my permission. I would never have signed up for this. In addition when I was billed, I immediately went to the billing page and it said I had 30 minutes to cancel but there was no way of doing this.

I was recommended to use welleasy by a coach. I bought a few items and in the check out they kept adding this subscription which I didn’t want and it was almost impossible to remove it. I managed to do it and recently I got an email about the subscription. I said again I didn’t want it. Yesterday £48 came out of my account without my consent. I’m so annoyed because instead of the support team helping me, they just keep selling me the benefits to keep something I don’t want.

I placed an order for the first time yesterday. I bought a laundry detergent at a really good price and ordered two bottles. I also added two small items to try. However, it turns out that the attractive prices advertised are misleading, as they didn't have the items in stock. I received an email confirming a refund. Of course, I will still need to pay the delivery fee and will receive the rest of the order... I don't plan to shop there again.
