What scam membership paid for what. avoid this site.

I started ordering from WellEasy because I wanted to reduce the number of packages I receive every week for all my various food shopping orders. I love that I can now get most of my essential items from one source instead of ordering from at leat 6 different companies. It turns out I am also now saving quite a lot as I am not paying multiple shipping fees anymore. Win Win situation!

Be careful before handing your details, if you are considering buying through them.
I have just been charged £48 for a membership I don't want and I have cancelled months ago. I haven't even ordered anything from Welleasy at all!
I have contacted them, they have refunded me.

Have been ordering from Welleasy for a few years now, normally very happy with the service but my latest order seemed to get stuck at Yodel and took 9 days to arrive which is not really acceptable. My email to Welleasy regarding the delay was answered fairly promptly but I was never given an explanation as to why the delivery was so late. Hopefully it was a one off and my next order will arrive on time.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this company. My parcel took an unacceptable ten days to arrive, and it was marked as lost multiple times during shipping. Furthermore, they enrolled me in a membership without clearly disclosing the cost, and then proceeded to take £48 from my bank account without any warning. Bottom line: this company is unprofessional, with both a highly unreliable delivery service and very questionable billing practices. I strongly advise caution if you're considering using them.

All emails have been ignored asking to cancel my membership. When logged in to the website it stated I had no active memberships however I am still getting emails informing me I am due to be charged. I emailed with plenty of warning and have now been ignored for nearly 3 weeks and charged for the membership I don’t want.

I’ve been using Well Easy for a few months now , their items are off very good quality, I’ve learnt a lot about food recently how UPF are causing weight gain, health issues by changing the way I eat I’m no longer a slave to calorie counting , yo-yo dieting, I’m enjoying eating more healthy knowing there are no hidden preservatives in my food & have already lost over 10lb & enjoying my favourite foods. The yearly membership is clearly advertised on the website & not a scam , food is far cheaper than other supermarkets so savings over a year would not even amount to the £48 , which is also used to support unprivileged families. It’s very hard to find some of these products in supermarkets, health shops so to have them delivered is less stressful.

First the order didn't arrive. Could only contact company by email. Their customer service representative sent out the order again and this time, after waiting 2 weeks, some of the products were missing, then when I asked for a refund they sent the incorrect amount. I asked to cancel the membership as there is no option for doing this online oneself.

I sent the invitation to my flat mate to join, as they offer a discount for recommending to friends, before knowing how consistently bad the company was, and he placed an order for £150. It never arrived and actually went back to Welleasy without informing him of this. The money had of course left his account. Welleasy then agreed to send the order out again and when it arrived only one box arrived with only about £40 of the £150 order. He is now dealing with this problem.

By the way, beware, the delivery company Yodel left the package outside the door, knocked once, then quickly walked off. I was there to answer the door about 3 seconds after the knock and yet the delivery person was gone. It could be Yodel scamming customers and stealing part of the order. Either way this is the method Welleasy use to deliver goods.

Great company, easy to speak to, good products, excellent delivery, always on time, recommend to new customers.

A company that holds all the best brands and products for healthy lifestyle but at much better prices than the local organic shop.
Delivery is always very quick to arrive and fuss- free.
Highly recommended!

Could not fulfil my order. No communication. No way of cancelling membership on website. Avoid this company

Yet another scam. After taking £48 for a farcical ‘membership charge ‘ then agreeing to give me a refund they then tried to take yet another £48 and of course no refund .luckily my bank had blocked them from taking more monies and I am applying for a chargeback. I am also reporting to action fraud as I am receiving emails wanting my cash to become a shareholder alongside the repeated attempts to take additional monies from my bank !
They also are adamant they have refunded,sending a fake document saying the refund has been processed when of course it hasn’t

I love shopping here, the membership helps me save so much money and i can get all my products in one place with fast shipping.

It’s ironic the name of this company - in my experience nothing has gone ‘Well Easy’ quite the opposite in-fact!
The subscription is a SCAM!
They get you trapped because you can’t opt out of this subscription…by placing an order your agreeing to opt in to the free trial period but beware it’s difficult to cancel as the website glitches often and you can’t cancel when you log into your online account and surprise surprise you check your bank and the money has been taken!
Basically shop elsewhere, it’s not worth the hassle!

A con. Bought products. Automatically signed me up to a membership which I never signed up to and no way of contacting them or cancelling

I agree with others that this company is fraudulent and snare customers with a sneaky membership fee. Do not buy from them. They promised a refund and this has not happened. Buyers beware!

Subscription is a con trick. No means to contact them other than email. No company name on the website. Cancelled the subscription last year, got billed anyway, asked for refund, was promised but never came. Just billed us again. There's no phone number, no details of a UK registered company.

There is too much on the website to choose from! Good range. Good price.
And Organic! I like doing a bulk order, stocking up on tinned goods and herbal teas. It’s amazing how the price differs from the shops - but I can order from the comfort of my bed :D

Oh I love this company!

Yes there is a membership fee, but don't be put off by it - you get the fee back on savings in no time. Everything there is less than what you would have paid elsewhere.

There are weekly free gifts that are part of the fun, allows you to try something new ;)

Such a wide variety of items, a lot of them are not easily accessible and you'd have to shop in several places.

PS. Their coconut cream & coconut milk (well easy brand) is amazing! Everyone complements me on my curry, the secret- good quality ingredients.
