Item was showing as in Stock,,, I ordered the item and paid was then sent an email saying it was out of stock and will have to wait until it’s back in stock,,!!! Had I known that I wouldn’t have paid !!!

Apologies for the confusion stated on our website, the product you ordered was required to be ordered in via our wholesalers, who were indeed showing stock of this and I base my stock levels off their site on certain products I have to order in through them.
Unfortunately, on this occasion their stock levels were wrong and they were out of stock, which also meant my stock levels were also wrong for this so I do apologise.
Glad we could get this resolved for you either way.

I'm not too sure if you may have seen but I emailed you on the 31/03/26 regarding the issue with your order and the reason as to why we were unable to fulfil your order, but this may have fell into your junk folder or may have got lost in the mail.
If you could, please try seek the email I sent on said date, and that should inform you the reason as to why we had to cancel your order.
Apologies if it felt like you were refunded and cancelled without reason, that is something we would never do.

My 2.5L container of dulux paint was…
My 2.5L container of dulux paint was split and leaking on delivery. Sent 2 emails with photos and phoned and left a message with a sales advisor with my telephone number for a call back, but after 2 weeks no one tried to call or email me to rectify the situation. Very disappointing and will not use again.
After reading this reply I have found your email, however not sure why you did not leave me a voice message- I have no record of your call. It would have been easier. Thanks
