Westminster City Council Avis 

I’ve had an antisocial Neighbour for 20 years, yet the council done nothing. They’ve always come over and they can’t smell any problem at all Here. When the police came over, they thought she had died in her property. It smelt so awful? That’s quite funny really when you think what people do they employ? People that don’t have a sense of smell, obviously..
They don’t test their employees if they have a sense of smell, how stupid Westminster is. A bunch of idiots. The reason globally environmentally this planet can never recover from what human beings have done to it.
What’s that got to do with me and my home is that this council is completely out of touch!!
When are these stupid people going to employ people with censor Smell? 👃 I know the council enjoy a good bottle of wine., that wouldn’t happen if people didn’t have a good sense of smell…… London is now smelly because of Westminster. It’s so repulsive, it’s hard to open your windows to let air into your home. I can’t all my windows are closed through the summer and the winter because of my neighbour.. breathing in toxic smells sprays, air fresheners over 20 years because I can’t stand the stink. My lungs are so bad now I’m need to have oxygen while I sleep.
So I’m going to try and sue the West Minster Council for my health issues due to their inadequacy, idiotic moronic, lazy attitude so this issue.
If they’ve done something from the beginning would be living in clean and unpolluted air and reduced antisocial neighbours. Instead the issue has become out of control.. thank you, Westminster, incompetent idiots!
With all the road charges in Westminster, it’s no wonder they’re the richest council. It’s like driving Mario kart with all the hazards.
West Minster has a 900 million budget. you would think they would employ people with good noses?👃

they don't help victims of modern slavery or trafficking or migrants if you are white British and or from one of the ex Colonies/ they do not help domestic abuse victims and subject them to Risk/ if you report breaches in temp accomm harassment by men you are made street homeless.

They are diabolical . Institutionalised racism. In a year they never assisted incl travel to hospital for surgery 10.6.24 with a broken arm. I had to walk. On discharge no help and or since. Neither in Global lockdown. They ADult social Care Cllr is a disgrace.

Terrible council, money grabbers.
Parked in a pay and display outside St Mary's hospital where all the disabled bays were suspended or full additionally there were restrictions on this road due to roadworks. Therefore to avoid a long walk which I cannot manage, I had to park in a pay and display. My blue badge was on display. I came back at 8.52am to find a parking ticket was issued at 8.46am. The traffic wardens are prowling from the minute restrictions come in to place. I have a blue badge but apparently I still have to pay for parking (most other councils are free including mine RBKC) via an app. There is nothing anywhere to say this displayed unless you go on to their website (which I did) however this is as clear as mud and written in a way that I guarantee catches other people out too! Blue badge holders have special needs and cannot always walk to a pay and display (if they can find one) or navigate their way around a parking app!! They deliberately target vulnerable people visiting a hospital. Shame on you Westminster

Ringing council tax. Phone lines open at 8am. Answering machine message say they are closed and open at 8am. UK Government finished. 8.14 am line not open.

The rubbish is meant to be collected on Friday mornings in our street and very regularly my bin is not emptied on that day. I have contacted the relevant section at the Council multiple times and this has not improved things. In addition it took me about 18 months to get hold of the small Council-provided food recycle bin, with whoever I spoke with on the phone always saying they were going to deliver it for it to not materialise, although they did finally produce it. The people one speaks to on the phone, or communicates with by email, are consistently nice but seemingly they or the system are utterly ineffective. They should refund part of the council tax if they are unable to offer a basic rubbish collection service or provide a place within walking distance to drop off the rubbish oneself.

I would give them zero review point if I could. The most incompetent council ever put in a management pack on 14th of January they said it would take 10 days it’s coming up to a month now I have phoned for five times no joy, incompetent workers incompetent council. Worst council ever.

We know our rights and you are testing us. Whilst we have written directly to you as the landlord after exhausting many options including the poor quality managing agents you've selected, you have been negligent and not responded within the 10 days you should have to critical issues relating to uncommunicated service charges and breaches of your contract by letting us suffer each year without hot water in winter and up to 7 weeks at a time and ongoing.
You create heightened anxiety and stress for people and their families affecting our health and safety by being such an unprofessional, poor landlord.

In the name of PCN, it is a rip-off. The appeal system is useless.

i was placed in a hotel in Russel Square on Southampton Row, ;part of Clermont Group , in breach of policy and harassed, bullied, verbally abused, intiimidated by male staff but not only by men and staff and for exposing they ended booking and refused to release my property and witheld my possessions illegally , housing refused to communicate on the matter for over a week .

Can l ask you to review your repairs policy? £708.00 rent per month new bedroom infested with flying ants 🐜 and ants.
There is a hole in the wall outside obvisiously eroded due structural wear and tear. New chester drawers costing £165.00, let alone the cost of bedding and new mattress £218.00 all replaced due the recent damp and
mould. If someone can kindly let me know ASAP when the hole in the wall will be repaired that will great! If the siuation is left to het worse or l am going to be ignored while you continue to take £708.00 per month rent. I will need to seek legal advice, and in the meantime pray the flying ants and ants don't get the chance to destroy my new furniture. Let me know if you prefer me to leave you alone and just share this with a solicitor or/ and media, or both with pictures of the hole form outside.
The surveyor has already attend the property so we don't need to repeat the exercise!!! Move forward, move on and get the issue sorted. Let me know as Landlords that you are not interested or haven't bothered to move forward with this issue.

Nothing's working at Westminster City Council, and there's no innovation and no progress.

Disgusting city management, fines for the sake of fines. Parking disabled notice was posted on where you could not find and tickets issued immediately after midnight. Are you short of money? Come and grab it. Shame on you!

I have been trying to renew my residence parking permit for over 1 month via their website. After 4 attempts I called "Lucy" on the helpdesk who told me that this was due to faulty software and wait a week for the defective software to be fixed.

I have now made 9 attempts to renew my parking permit, over 5 weeks, and spoken to their helpdesk 3 times ("Lucy"; "Richard"; "Matthew"). Each time I have had to wait a considerable time before the call is actually answered and been told this is a problem with the software that would be fixed within a week. But it never is.

I have also requested an escalation and a callback. But nobody called me back.

My existing parking permit has now expired and (surprise, surprise) the website isn't working and nobody answers the phone on the helpdesk.

Unbelievable! Are Westminster Council capable of renewing a parking permit, or is that too complicated for them??

Since when has it been ok for a council to force you into staying in a home when you have been given enough time to vacate and the landlord has now gone and got a court eviction and then to top it all off they now say to stay until bailiffs remove you?? Westminster council no wonder why landlords don’t want applicants on benefits if this is the extremely poor advice you give your citizens! Makes me feel sorry for the landlord as he is being nice, calm and polite yet the council are in a “can’t be assed” mindset!

Westminster Council do diddly squat to help us, i’ve been experiencing antisocial behaviour from my neighbour for 20 years.
The smell is repulsive, The police have been round previously and broken in thinking that she was dead inside because the smell was so bad, Can you just imagine how bad that smell must’ve been?
The problem is the housing association does nothing and the council. It’s Catch22 the only way out is committing suicide.
I now have a terrible back condition slipped disk, I have to be removed from this property and relocated, but still the council are doing nothing regarding this issue too.
Am I living poverty , Most extremely!
People take for granted opening their windows , To get fresh air! I can’t open my windows for the stink comes up my stairs into My Home so much more. I live at the top so I get a lot of everyone smells, My other neighbours are professional and decent people, Clean and well-behaved! This antisocial behaviour isn’t just from the Smell. She’s also behaved very badly in this property over the years.. I’ve lived in this home for 30 years and experience antisocial behaviour from her for 20.
I really don’t believe this will stop unless I am my life because this council will do nothing!!!!
The truth is, she’s causing this Smell to get attention purposely, When the police went into her home, they noticed all her clothes were in plastic bags with zips airtight!
It’s plain to see she’s doing this purposely to cause discomfort and it’s her own way of shouting out for help? so why aren’t you helping her Westminster Council from her antisocial behaviour? She’s causing misery to everybody around her!

Money taken in November still not refunded after 6 months

Jumping over hoops to get a Residents Permit continued. Same address and car for decades.
Disgraceful.
