Better than described and the pic didn't do the chair justice. No real assembly required, just putting the leather cover over the metal frame. Simples. Very pleased.

Nice chairs, rubbish delivery.
Very happy with the chairs, delivery not so, with the driver leaving them at a completely different address/postcode (the house did have the same name though so I should give some credit for that I suppose), left outside in the rain which is not ideal when they were presents…AND the driver putting down that I had signed for/received them personally…impressive when not even at my house! Made all the more annoying when I had downloaded the couriers app to put in exact delivery details PLUS downloaded What3Words to give the precise location of my property as they suggested, none of which were used obviously.
I would use your company again as this was not your fault, however if a similarly poor effort was made of that delivery then it would be the last time.
I did try to complain on the couriers website but the way it kicked me off without any chance of leaving any additional details other after selecting ‘there was a problem with my delivery’, told me all I needed to know about how far that would go.

Recently ordered 4 dining chairs in between Christmas and New Year. Arrived within 2 days. Very well packaged. Very pleased with the quality and workmanship of our buffalo leather dining chairs.

First time using WSG but not the last
First time using WSG but not the last. Good selection of items and reasonable prices. Communication was fine and I was able to choose a delivery slot that suited our Christmas diary. It came as promised, on time and well packaged. My wife has since ordered an item of furniture and the service was similarly impressive. Great company to deal with.

Delivered a damaged chair to us & then…
Delivered a damaged chair to us & then trying to send back the damaged chair is a nightmare. When we tried to sort for them to pick up the damaged chair they suggested my partner take the chair with him to work as they needed someone in the house all day for the dpd collection. My partner stayed all day on site & no one ever showed up - when I emailed apparently this is because dpd is busy! Ridiculous service

As you are aware we have emailed you directly concerning the issue and it has now been fully resolved.
Unfortunately DPD were extremely busy over the Christmas period and did on one or two occassions let us down with scheduled collections. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. We have spoken to DPD regarding this matter and they too have asked us to pass on their apology

Absolutely brilliant service. Ordered late on the 23rd and arrived early on the 24th My daughter was amazed on Christmas Day to see her present Only gripe is I was encouraged to reply to a txt to get 10% off but it was an overseas number so got charged

Chair is good quality and how I wanted but the site advertises it as max 7 days delivery and it took over 2 weeks. I therefore didn’t have it in time for my family coming to stay.

We are really sorry delivery was delayed. We have had a few issues with one of the private couriers we use over the busy Christmas period so we are actively looking for an alternative partner.

Very pleased with the chairs I bought
Very pleased with the chairs I bought. Easy process although received a couple of erroneous messages saying they were sorry I had decided not to complete my order 🤔.
Delivery left a bit to be desired as the items were left in a public place, but otherwise a good experience and would recommend.
