Had to call customer services for an issue I was having connecting my phone to the wifi.
Lucky for me my advisor was Lily who was amazing guiding me through my issues with exceptional helpfulness and patience'.
Although the issue wasn't resolved my case was passed onto the relevant people

Sophie, you are a star . Sophie helped me with the WiFi connection issue very easily and professionally. My WiFi is connected to my laptop and other phone, but the phone which I use daily for work isn’t connected to the WiFi and that makes me really annoying.Sophie helped me from this trouble , even I am worried she handled it very politely and gently. You are a star and I appreciate your support and effort.

Checked in over Easter Holidays and ordered the premium package but could not get it to work. Called customer service and after trying a few things it was all sorted. Katie was really helpful and understanding.

Came back from a deployment, to no connection and being unable to view my devices.
Spoke to Lilly over the phone, to which she ensured to get it sorted ASAP.
Lilly held up her end of the deal and had it fixed within 10 mins.
The fault was related to a new payment system the company had taken on, resulting in my account getting muddled up.
A friendly and helpful individual.
