Sophie, you are a star . Sophie helped me with the WiFi connection issue very easily and professionally. My WiFi is connected to my laptop and other phone, but the phone which I use daily for work isn’t connected to the WiFi and that makes me really annoying.Sophie helped me from this trouble , even I am worried she handled it very politely and gently. Came back from a deployment
Came back from a deployment, to no connection and being unable to view my devices.
Spoke to Lilly over the phone, to which she ensured to get it sorted ASAP.
Lilly held up her end of the deal and had it fixed within 10 mins.
The fault was related to a new payment system the company had taken on, resulting in my account getting muddled up.
A friendly and helpful individual.
