Decided to switch on a Tuesday...
Decided to switch on a Tuesday booked installation for the next Wednesday, everything installed in under an hour and worked at speeds of 10x my last provider at a cost of more than half a month I used to pay, so 5 stars will switch again when I have to without the worry.

The installation process was very good
The installation process was very good. Equipment arrived when advised, engineers arrived when advised. They asked where I wanted the installation and made sure it was done. Very quick to install and all up and running. For clarity, my router needed to be in the centre of the house and connect with a Ethernet switch, which required a line being run underneath the floor. The floor had access which made it possible. The engineers were friendly and professional. Very pleased.
