Your staff have always been very helpful and courteous and always tried to help today Andrea.
However the actual service of the broadband and internet have been very poor and on many many occasions have had no service - no tv - drops out all the time as does the internet. When trying to view anything on apps it drops out all the time saying that there is no service.
So I’ve now given up and gone with another company
Really good help me out, James was fantastic great help, even called me back when phone went dead

After years of caregiving, my late grandad left me some money to renovate my bedroom/office at home, and the money to have a 2 week holiday after caring for him 24/7 for the last almost 6 years without a break. I ended up choosing to go to Parkdean Skegness.
Now for some reason and I am not sure why Parkdean sites even in built up areas seem to have issues with mobile connectivity, but I am assuming there is some sort of block in place to stop mobile phone operators from providing service to holiday makers on site, which forces you to use the onsite wifi by Wifinity.
As such I would advise if you were going to visit a Parkdean site, invest in Starlink or some other Satellite internet even if it’s more expensive, because it is the only way to get decent speeds and know your data is secure unlike with Wifinity, which I will explain shortly.
So, the nearest Mobile Phone mast is approximately 700 meters away from Parkdean Southview in Skegness, this offers for a variety of mobile operators 4G but for O2 it offers 5G, the only one in the area.
The interesting thing about this is that for some strange reason, unlike every where else that I am aware of in the country, where omni directional antennae are used, the closest mast to Parkdean Southview is a Directional antenna which does not provide any signal to the Parkdean Southview site.
The 2nd interesting thing is that at the reception area you can get 3 bars of 4G, but as soon as you get 100m past the security gate onsite, you go down to 1 bar and your connection is no longer good enough to do anything but open the portal login website, to get onto the free wifi onsite to pay for the “fast” wifi.
Then comes the price, you pay £30 for 7 days at 2MBp/s (20Mbp/s), if you are there for 14 days, you have to pay for 30 days because they don’t offer a 14 day price, this is because they are already ripping you off with the 7 days, so they have to go straight to a month for £4 more, yes an extra £4 for 23 more days coverage, oh and they limit you to 10 devices so if you have 5 people or more in the caravan, you cannot have them all connected to the internet, you would have to pay for 2 plans because of them blocking something else which I will mention.
Once you have paid your Kidney for internet access, you then decide to use it, only to find that it is heavily restricted, this they say is to “Protect Children” but it’s BS, because they are the only ISP in the country who blocks access to anything aged higher than PG and even some PG content, this is also after proving your age!
So you think “Ok I will just sort out a VPN, that will resolve the blocks” nope they have blocked access to VPN websites saying “They are dangerous and want to steal your information” they label NordVPN/PIA and others as “Dangerous”, they also block VPN’s from being connected to, I was able to download the VPN Install file away from the site on my phone, transfer it to my laptop, install it and then run it, but it wouldn’t connect to any server because they are blocked by Wifinity.
This means your data is not safe and is why I do not recommend you ever to use their services, because the only reason to block VPN’s is because they want your data!
They also block the ability to use a travel router to extend allow you to connect more than 10 devices or devices by RJ45. I took a travel router with me, and tried to set it up in wisp mode (google it), this is blocked by Wifinity because it's another way of protecting your data.
So yes, if you go to any holiday park, pay for Starlink or something like it, for your own safety especially if Wifinity is the onsite wifi provider!
