Was forced into paying for a month's…

Was forced into paying for a month's subscription to this company when on a course down south as they were the only option in the short time i needed the service (after being told by numerous people never to do it). Had to pay for a month's subscription although the course was a week long. Not a problem. On the last day of the subscription, I went to cancel and they said I needed to pay for another month as it had already began the new cycle. Luckily, I set the payment up on a card with no money in so the payment bounced. I then went to cancel again after it bounced (bear in mind im 400 miles up the country at this point and deffo dont need shite wifi 400 miles away) and they refused to cancel until I paid for another month!? The fella on the phone was also extremely rude, almost revelling in the fact he wasnt able to help. £90 for a weeks worth of terrible wifi. I will never use again and will be spreading the word 👍

I found Miranda to be extremely knowledgeable and she had a great deal of patience to explain everything I needed to know and to give me the confidence to be able to resolve my problem in future.

Had trouble connecting to the WiFi

Had trouble connecting to the WiFi. Sophie was very helpful, patient and managed to get me connected swiftly. Sophie is a credit to the company, really positive experience.

Customer service was brilliant

Quick easy even with slight hiccups with connection each sentence was listened to info was protected and just all around professional job done customer service: James sorted it all right out

Paying £40 a month for a service they…

Paying £40 a month for a service they can not provide. Had a case ongoing for 3+ weeks pushing a month. Still no solution to poor service. They say they try new things, yet nothing changes. Best of going to a different Internet provider.

Check that your unit has a router. We have used this company for Wi-Fi on…

We have used this company for Wi-Fi on a number of holidays and we've always found the product and customer service to be very good. Not 5 stars here tho' because having paid for a 7 day connection at John Fowler Ruda in Croyde we then found there was no connection at all. It transpired that whilst there was a receiver on our unit's roof there was no router within the unit, and hence no possibility of Wi-Fi. A visit to reception told us that they don't know which units have routers or not- ridiculous.
Wifinity and John Fowler need to sort this out but you are best advised to check that your unit has a router before you pay- it is normally in the boiler cupboard or wardrobe apparently.
In fairness to Wifinity their customer service is excellent. Karima was fantastic, no arguments, and he sorted an immediate refund.

Issue after lightening strike nearby

I spoke to the support agent Stephanie G following issues after a nearby lightening strike. She stayed with me 30mins till the issue was resolved...great service

I spoke to Karima today. What an absolute lovely person and so helpful and reassuring and very patient!!!

I spoke to Karima today. Karima was sooo helpful and so patient with me and sorted my problem right away. There was an issue with my router and the wrong MAC address and Karima delved into it straight away, could out what the issue was and helped me and was very reassuring:)

Couldn't get online

Couldn't get online. Spoke with Sophie, what a star. Very patient, understanding, and fun. She talked me through, step by step. Sorted, what a lovely lady. Sophie is a treasure, and a credit to your company. Bless you my girl for helping out this old chap and his grandson. Oh and I've taken the wings off the laptop.
