The customer service was wonderful

The customer service was wonderful when I had tech issues. Katie in particular really helped and fixed my problem very quickly! I wasn't expecting it and I am pleasantly surprised. :)

So great experience with Lily

So great experience with Lily. Very helpful. She phoned me up and sorted out the problem. Still pretty slow to be honest, so if you are judging Wifinity on the speed at Parkdean, it's more like a 1 star. But none of that is Lily's fault. She was great, and it is at least a bit faster then the free one. Thanks Lily!

Sophie was great …

Sophie was great explained everything very clearly so I could understand and got internet working very quickly.She stayed on line until I had loaded everything and got into the sky app. Well done Sophie

I cannot fault the wifinity service

I cannot fault the wifinity service. Connection is easy and the speeds / connections are flawless.

Even when cancelling (I use this service when I am on courses) it is super easy. I clicked the online chat assistance and Sophie was there within seconds. Really helpful, professional and my request was dealt with within a max time of 5 minutes. No waiting around at all!

This is why I continue to use this service when I can.

This internet welcomed

This internet was not welcomed by myself, but forced to have it installed, I still use my original set up from a private company due to poor connection to printer and buffering that should not exist with Wifinity

Quick to get through to by phone

Worst connection

Worst connection. Not one but two parkdean campsites I’ve stayed on in the last weeks and the internet has been shocking. Called up to be told both times, it sounds like the router in the caravan needs an engineer to visit unfortunately by the time they get there your holiday will be over. No help what so ever. Spoke with Ellie first at least she tried to reconfigure the router but this didn’t work. Apparently there has been and issue on Pendine sands for over 12 months. Now on Skipsea sand called and spoke with Elisha who said she had only been there 2 months and wasn’t trained to reconfigure the router asked to be put through to someone that could to be told the only reason Ellie was able to do it is because she got a promotion to the technical team & no longer worked on customer support so I couldn’t be transferred to anyone. Was then promised a callback from someone in technical support to try and sort the issue. It’s now been 24 hours and still waiting. 2026 and still can’t get an internet signal. Avoid at all costs

This is certainly not how we want our customers to feel. I can confirm that our technical support team is the department that can reconfigure routers if its needed, but before we do that the customer service team will gather the information required to get the issue investigated. Ellie is one of our customer service agents who when speaking to you reached out to our technical support team for guidance. I would like to reassure you that we work closely with Park Dean and if there's any network issue we work as quickly as we can to improve this, so holiday makers and owners on site can enjoy their time on holiday.
