Rang up to cancel as no longer required. Customer service agent Gem was very helpful and quick to deal with my request. Very cheery as well which is always a positive and no awkward questions about why I want to leave.

The helpline staff - James and Lily were fantastic. Unfortunately they could not increase the speed of the wi-fi where I was at but the helpline service was great - you cannot mend something that cannot be mended. I have used Wifinity wi-fi at other Park Dean sites and it has usually worked. Not meant to be this time BUT I cannot fault the staff and service.

Had to cancel my subscription due to move and dealt with Ellie from customer services. She was polite efficient and very professional!! Well done wifinity. Great service and will use again..

The service operator, Gem was incredibly helpful. Despite my administrative error she was extremely helpful sorting out my request efficiently. Furthermore, she went out of her way to talk to her manager on my behalf.
Her customer service was a credit to her company.

I rang for help in connecting my phone, laptop and TV. Initially I spoke to a gentleman who unfortunately I didn't note his name but he was very patient and helpful. I then rang back as I needed further help connecting to my laptop and TV. I spoke to a young lady named Sophie, who was also extremely helpful, patient and calm talking me through the process. This has made a huge difference as she did not rush me through any of the set up steps as she was aware I am of a certain age and this technology is not easy for a person of my age to navigate their way through without help, patience, understandment and respect without feeling a nuisance. Well done to both of these Infinity staff and sorry I did not note the name of the gentleman I Initially spoke to. I hope Infinity give them some kind of accolade in recognition of my experience.
