You provided me with WIFI to my holiday home last year. To be honest it was all a bit of a blur as I'm a bit rubbish with the internet. It's time to renew my contract for this year. I should not have worried as your representative Sophie made it all very easy to renew. Thanks.

One year in, and I can confidently say this internet service has exceeded my expectations. The pricing is fair, the connectivity is rock-solid, and the speed has been consistently impressive — perfect for everything from streaming to work.
But the real highlight is the customer service. Every interaction has been smooth and helpful, and Sophie H deserves special recognition for her exceptional support. She truly made the experience feel premium.
I’m extremely pleased with the service and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for reliable internet.

After a month of waiting for our Internet to be sorted I spoke to Lilly. She talked me through every step of the way, ( as im not very technically minded). After she talked me through all the checks, and was very patience, we still couldn't get it working. So we are now waiting for the tec team to arrive to fix the issue. Thank you Lilly for your time and patience, and hopefully we get a conclusion to the problem

Lily is so patience for helping me sorting out my PC connection issues. We tried several ways and enven cost her nearly 40 minutes to solve my problem. But during the whole journey, she is so patience and would like to listen to me (as Im bran new to this PC thing and also a foreigner who is not good in english).

I had an issue with the wifi whilst on holiday. I made a phone call and within minutes it was resolved due to a service issue. Sophie was very professional , friendly and understanding . Fantastic service and she was happy to pass on any feedback I had . Thankyou Sophie

Had an issue where many of my devices could not connect to the Internet, tried to self help to no avail so called customer service and was answered quickly by Bilal who was very knowledgeable and we were able to solve my issues quickly and efficiently, For which I am very grateful, cheers

I spoke to Lily about some money back to my account which I thought was going to be a hassle but she was great and sorted it all out within minutes. Very pleasant and happy with the outcome of my situation. Couldn't ask for anymore. Thank you Lily.
