Very professional company
Very professional company along with the rest of the installation team in delivering our en-suite bathroom modifications.
My wife and I were really pleased with the finished project and the ease of the process from the first visit from sales (Andrew Keegan) in helping with our choices and how those choices could be incorporated into a 3D model and of course keeping within our budget.
The customer service communications were excellent and they kept both my wife and I “up to speed” with deliveries and timings which helped enormously between the first visit and the build.
Last but not least the professionalism shown by the sub-contracted installation teams, DJR Home Solutions (installation), MWT Waste Ltd (Waste Removal) and finally LH Electrical Services (electrical works)

I had a bathroom fitted by Kitchen plus bathrooms the same company. Over priced poor quality fittings poor fitting and when complained the attitude of the staff and customer service was appalling. I regret not going with my gut feeling and cancelling after the sales man left.

The person who came to assess the work I wanted was very friendly and helpful and the surveyor explained everything and answered all my questions. The lads who came to fit the windows did a first class job and were very efficient and everything was seamless and they left my property clean and tidy. My new widows are very smart. Friendly, efficient and tidy.
The builders turned up at 11am, worked their socks off, cleaned up after themselves, left at 2pm, the window fitters arrived 40minutes later. By 3.45pm they were all finished and cleaned up after themselves.
Very pleased with their work, both teams.

Had a quote of £7,000 for some windows…
Had a quote of £7,000 for some windows and doors paid a deposit of 10% and paid the balance on the Friday as requested as it wasn’t showing in their account cancelled fitting! And postponed the job leaving a new farm shop exposed to the elements and thefts.
The company didn’t care they had the money disgusting

The full experience of having to change my beautiful wooden bay windows was quite daunting.
The salesperson was very polite and professional .
The surveyor was extremely particular and thorough
Hopefully this service will continue on to the instillation

Dear Mark, we have reached out to you by email on two occasions and have yet to receive a response. I will close the case from our end as we have nothing to work with to try and resolve whatever issue you have with our company.
Dear Mark, I’m very confused as to why you would have received an invitation to rate your experience with us if we have not provided you any type of experience, that being the case though, I find it strange that you would rate us as 1 star rather than simply ignoring the request or kindly highlighting to us that it has been sent in error. I’ve asked our complaints manager to contact you to see if we can get to the bottom if this matter.
New windows and door.
Windows and door supplied and fitted for us. Excellent service from start to finish. Helpfull friendly sales followed by meticulous survey. First class install by friendly fitting team who explained window and door operations and left no rubbish. Then inspected after install by friendly man who advised how to use windows locks etc.office staff all friendly and helpfull also.electrician also top class No problems whatsoever. 5 star service by all. Sorry to add scaffold was removed and lots of mess left on roof.

Felt pressured to pay the deposit
I was told I’d receive my refund if the sale didn’t go through, but I’m still waiting.
I’m now going to go through my bank to get the money back.
The refund is £1300
