Shipping good, so are prices
Reminded me when my Champagne arrived. Very quick response and shipping on time without delays. Problem I had was losing points if you don't use them within a year. If point awards was easier to use; I would buy more wine from Wine Cellerage

Great first experience.
I ordered a few bottles of something I read about and these guys were the only ones to have it. Free delivery of orders over $100 in Manhattan and the delivery guy Mike was great despite Hillary setting up her camp right near the delivery area. I will definitely order again.

Excellent customer service
The customer service was excellent and their concern about shipping when the temperaure was right was outstanding and reassuring. I had a very small order but they treated me like what I would think would be reserved for big Bordeaux futures customers.

Didn't ship product
The product I purchased as a wedding gift for my friend was not shipped to her apartment. I saw her months after her wedding and asked her if she received the give because I had not received a thank you yet. She said she had not received it. She called wine cellerage and they shipped her her wine. But, if she had not called, i don't think she ever would have received it.
She said this happened with others as well.

I believe there must be a misunderstanding. We state on our website that we hold wine orders for shipping during the summer months due to extreme heat that can damage and destroy wine. This is why the wine was held and we are always in contact with our gift registrants about the orders that they have on hold. I'm sorry if you see this as a poor reflection on our service, but I assure you, it is quite the opposite. We use valuable temperature controlled storage space in our facility and offer clients to hold their wines here, free of charge, just so the wine is not damaged due to heat or extreme cold. We make direct contact with all of our gift registrants and offer them lists of what they have on hold with us, as well as who purchased the gift for them.

***HORRIBLE! UNRELIABLE***
I bought a bottle of Louis Roederer Cristal Brut as a gift for a wedding, these guys ask to deliver the following monday, I called in the following wednesday and it still hasnt shipped yet! Now I have to scramble to get a gift! NOT RELIABLE!!

There was a misunderstanding here. We contacted you directly regarding shipping your order and advised against doing so because of the heat. We were awaiting your response, which delayed shipping. Apologies for the misunderstanding. The order was canceled and refunded as soon as it was realized that you needed the wine by a specific date.

Force Majeure? Really?
I ordered a case to be shipped to California. It got damaged in transit and was never delivered. Wine Cellarage wouldn't process the refund until they were made good by UPS. They sent me their legal language, citing force majeur and said I'd get my refund when they had been refunded. This seems like terrible customer service to me. Mastercard refunded me after I started a dispute - whereupon Wine Cellarage miraculously emailed to say they'd refunded me. Funny that. Never heard from them again.
