I was very pleased with my experience with the Wine Cellerage, and Marcy was good to work with. The wines arrived overnight morning delivery as I requested. The only hiccup, and it was minor, is that the inventory was slightly off - I wanted 3 bottles of a 100-point Peter Michael chardonnay, but when Marcy went to pull them for shipment, she found there were only 2 750mls and 1 magnum, which I didn't want. If I could offer a suggestion, hold off charging the customer's credit card until the inventory is verified. That said, Marcy was very prompt at issuing a credit for 1 bottle to my card, which came through the next day. Like I said, this was pretty minor and I would definitely call her again in the future for a purchase order

inconsistent quality issue
I purchased 6 bottles of wine, this is a wine which I have tried and like very much. Upon receiving the wine, I tried 2 bottles so far, the taste of the 2 identical bottles are day and night, I would not think they are the same wine. I can only assume there could be some improper storage issue.

Hi Phil,
We worked with you on this and issued a refund for the entire order. I'm not sure why you are leaving negative remarks here. The wine was kept in our temperature controlled facility at 55 degrees until it was shipped to you. Perhaps there was a flaw with the wine itself, however, the storage of the wine cannot be blamed.

I recently purchased wine that was from another persons collection. The wine was a great value. It was shipped to my apt in Manhattan free of charge. Great experience and would do it again.

They talked to someone else about my order without my knowledge.
They contacted a third party about the details of my order without my consent, and when they didn't get any responses from that person they went ahead and made changes to my order putting additional charge on my credit card without my authorization!

I believe there has been a misunderstanding. We were contacted by your friend Nitipun about this order. I sincerely apologize that you were not contacted directly, but our customer service team assumed that since your friend was proactively contacting us on your behalf, that you had given them permission to arrange shipping. Nitipun requested an upgrade in shipping on the order which incurred the additional $8 fee. It seemed that this was your wish as well. Apologies for any inconvenience that this has caused.
