Quality wines at affordable prices and delivery as promised. It was my first experience ordering wines on-line but these folks know what they're doing and what they're selling. I've just ordered 6 more bottles from them and will continue to do so. Great experience.

I made my first order with them online, and found their website to be very friendly. I asked for the wine to be shipped. I got a communication from them they were holding the wine for a couple of days because of cold weather conditions, which was very appropriate. When the weather improved they shipped it, and in a couple of days I got the wine.

I placed my first order to Wine Cellarage for seven bottles of red wine. Unfortunately, I received seven bottles of white wine from the same vintner, with wine bearing a similar name to that which I had ordered. When I called Wine Cellarage, the CEO not only offered to track down and send me the missing wine but offered me the white wine gratis because of the inconvenience that their error had caused over the holiday period. This was a wonderful gesture and completely unnecessary from my perspective but speaks highly of the first class nature of this operation and its staff! Cudo to Wine Cellarage for garnering huge loyalty in your customers. You've won me over! Cheers.

Had a good experience. Found a hard to find case of wine we enjoy that was delivered ahead of schedule. They have a nice rewards program and responsive staff.

My wine delivery was arranged with Cellarage well in advance to ship on Monday (11/30/15) for delivery by Thursday evening. My wine was picked up by UPS on Tuesday morning, instead of Monday, with delivery now scheduled for Friday evening. The UPS trailer arrived at the destination terminal (Austin, TX) Friday morning around 4:30 am, but my shipment was not unloaded until Saturday and not delivered until Monday evening. On Friday afternoon I received an email notification of a possible delay. Later on Friday afternoon, knowing the shipment had arrived in Austin, I spoke to a UPS customer service representative regarding why and when, to no avail.

Wine was packaged well and delivered in an expedited fashion. Outstanding.

I think it's rediculous I had to go out of my own way to contact them to schedule shipping when it was deemed months ago that weather was appropriate for shipping. I was deployed and couldn't get to a phone or computer. Long story short I ordered in September and didn't receive it till December. Shipping should be automated.

I have been a customer for many years. Love the free shipment to Manhattan and also use their storage facility.
