less expensive and easy to use
I purchased a new bike after not riding for 8 yrs so had to start again with NCB I went through most of the compare sites and Wiserchoice always came up the cheapest by quite a bit. I know its online only but the chat portal is easy to use and I was able to confirm any details of my circumstances which gave me peice of mind when confirming my details.

Motorcycle insurance
Quote was easy process through quotezone, but trying to purchase the policy was a real ordeal using an android smartphone. I had to use my laptop in the end. Online support chat was very helpful

The company is good
The company is good, competitive, and the actual chat line ( not chat bot), is very Helpful. Kiri on the chat line was exceptional.
Which is good, because the customer portal is terrible.. really frustrating. Needed Kiri to get access sorted out, twice.
Patience eventually paid off, but was tested !
