Had to have an MOT carried out on my Bike at short notice. No problem whatsoever, dropped the bike off and was notified the following day that it was complet and ready to pick up, they had also give it a good clean as well.

Really chuffed to get my used Triumph Speed Triple 1050 RS today, delivered by Owen…. Very sad to say goodbye to my immaculate CBR650R but so excited to ride the Speed Triple RS…. Owen, I’ll hopefully be back in a year for my New S1000RR… watch this space!

We had a great experience buying a Honda 125 for my son. I had been looking for a while and spotted an ad for a bike which seemed perfect and at a sensible price. We reserved the bike, had a video viewing and bought it. Owen Reed was very helpful every step of the way. The bike was serviced and MOT'd prior to delivery and Owen even delivered the bike himself as there was a problem with their usual delivery driver. We are both thrilled with the bike and very happy with the service received from Wollaston Motorad.

I started my bike riding/ownership experience 12 months ago. At the time was yet to hold a bike license but wanted to find the perfect bike for me in preparation. I dealt with DAVID MILNES, of whom I can only describe as FANTASTIC. He helped me find the perfect bike for me. He has provided so much help and guidance and nothing was too much trouble. I passed my Test in December 2021 and subsequently ordered the bike. Last week I collected the bike and can now say I am the proud owner of a BMW F850 GSA. I spoke to DAVID probably 50 times in the last year and he's probably now glad to see the back of me, but unfortunately he will continue to see me as I was always made to feel so welcome, almost part of the family/furniture. He is so knowledgeable and his customer service is 2nd to none. At no point did he ever try to "sell" to me. He listened to me and to what I wanted. There was never any pressure. He has truly cemented what will hopefully be an ongoing BMW relationship. I would also like to thank ROB, his sales manager - again who has been very helpful and updated me continually on the progress of my order. And finally JACK - in the parts/servicing/equipment department. All 3 have made the last 12 months a very enjoyable journey throughout and would definitely recommend DAVID, ROB and JACK (and in fairness to the whole WOLLASTON TEAM). My expectations are high and they have all exceeded my expectations - here's to buying another bike from you, DAVID, in the not to distant future - just need to get some miles under my belt on this one first. We did buy a motorbike with my husband and we were impressed with quality of service we got. Our sale man Stewart was so patient to answer hundreds of our questions. Very polite and proffesional. All done in time.

I got my bike worked on at Wollaston and I would just like to say what a lovely bunch of people they are, from Jack, Joanna, Karen and Steve out the front to the wonderful techs Daryl, Ash, Charlotte, Sam, Toby, Chris and Rich working on the bikes it is a really efficiently run organisation. Owen Reed was the one who took care of end to end sales and post sales process for me.

He was super good and proactive about letting me know every small details about bike and same time he kept me posted about delivery status of the bike.

Infact I visited store few times and I felt the whole staff is very friendly and have a brotherhood feeling.

Absolutely amazing service yet again.
First of all I would like to thank Steve, such an amazing character and very friendly chap very welcoming and making sure you have a hot or cold cuppa to hand. Not just the welcoming drink man was also the knowledgeable chatty man who’s always got interesting facts and interesting things to talk about. It made my time go by quicker while waiting for a service and software update.
Secondly I would love to thank service advisor Joanna for all the updates through the morning while I was there for the service and also being able to squeeze me in for a software update. Very friendly and helpful service advisor who is willing to keep the customers happy at all times with updates and explanations of what’s happening as we speak.
Finally thank you Brandon for spotting I was there for a while and offering me to take a bike out for a test ride and pass time. I do love the 40 years with option 719 extras, maybe one day I’ll be back Brandon 😊.

Bought a used bike recently, served by Owen reed. The bike was superb as was the service, not rushed at all even down to the length of the test ride. Such a smooth process and even plenty of coffee.
