Very poor customer service and understanding of client circumstances. Initial e-mail acknowledged however subsequent contact has gone unanswered.
Be aware they use Hermes as delivery courier therefore parcel and contents at risk of damage due to poor initial packing and handling in transit.

Used twice and 100000% better than world of wallpaper and cheaper
Had ordered some wallpaper but unfortunately it quickly went out of stock (was impossible to get hold of anywhere)
They were quick to contact me to offer me an alternative which is now up and I love! As soon as I confirmed I was happy with the alternative my package was shipped out, they included a very decent size sample for me to make sure I was happy with the alternative. Couldn’t fault them!
This has been a disaster from day one.I wish I had never ordered from this company. I ordered 6 rolls of Wallpaper over a week ago then I received an email to say there had been a mix up and they had sent the wrong paper. They sent me an email with a return label which they expected me to print off then take 6 rolls of wallpaper to a Hermes collection point almost a mile away. Firstly I have not been out as I have been shielding because of the virus and also I did not have access to a printer. I have waited in most of Saturday, Sunday and Monday and the wallpaper has still not turned up(8.25pm Monday) even though I have been receiving updates saying it would be delivered.I am at my wits end.I have emailed and rang this company a number of times. The phone just goes to answer machine and the emails go unanswered. I wanted to know if they were still sending the correct wallpaper out as I had/have someone coming in to put it up. They left with me with no alternative but to use this avenue.If I do not get a full refund and an apology I will be contacting my credit card company to recover my money and I have an article ready for The Sunday Times Money section. I'm sure Jill Insley will be very interested in my problem
Ordered samples first and was pleasantly surprised with the size provided - full width and length sufficient enough to understand how the wallpaper hangs, reflects the light etc. This is contrary to other much more expensive providers supplying A4 or even less pieces. So, then I ordered couple of rolls for my living room and furniture decoupage - arrived quickly and well packaged. I will order more.
Very Happy with my paper from here.Originally ordered samples via Ebay but ordered direct for 10 rolls.
Could have been better on notifications by text.
Order was quickly dispatched and despite being sent by horrible Hermes arrived undamaged.
Will certainly buy from again if need be.
Awful service. I bought two rolls of wallpaper, and realised I needed another roll. Obviously it's important to match the batch, so I tried to contact Wonderwall Fashions to see if they had more of the batch.
Despite multiple emails and telephone calls - all of which were answered by a voicemail to which I left messages, over two weeks on no-one has replied to my emails or messages.
I therefore had no choice but to try and place the order and hope for the best. Lo and behold they managed to take my money and process the order. Yet they are plainly too busy to have any sort of communication with customers.
I guess it's fine if you know you'll never have a problem or will never need to speak with them post-order, but if you do, you're stuffed because they don't respond at all.
What a great discovery. After running out of a rare type of wallpaper and desperately needing another roll.. i googled the name of the wallpaper and was sent to this website which amazingly sold it. I received my order within 2 days of placing the order along with status updates via email. very pleased..you have saved the day. Thankyou
