Setting up the call was quick and easy
Setting up the call was quick and easy. It was lovely to talk to Tanya and gain a better understanding of what m body needs and why, whilst I work remotely from my desk. Straight forward instructions are send beforehand via email.

I think a lot of companies can overlook the importance of an employees home workstation set up. It's good that you saw how the workstation assessment can be tailored to individual needs and work environments.

There is such a array of chairs for desk based work on the market which can feel overwhelming, and there isn't a one size fits all. It's good to hear your found the assessment helpful when measuring and finding a chair for you, thank you for the feedback.

Really good chat with Tanya
Really good chat with Tanya, have learnt a lot about posture and why my equipment was not useful in ensuring I go through the day without neck/back pain. Look forward to receiving the correct equipment and will hopefully notice a change in the pains. Thanks again Tanya.
