Professional and friendly assessment of my workstation
Jo was great in helping to assess my workstation at home. I have learned some details about my posture that I have not known which is quite serious, having been playing video games for 15 years and working in an office environment for 10. I have been also provided with a list of activities to help my body and eyesight feel good. Once I adjusted the equipment to meet new guidelines I can say that it feels much more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Thanks Artur for pointing out how workstations are often used personally for gaming and therefore it's important to ensure you have a good setup for both. However, it's equally important to move regularly as was discussed to maximise your comfort. I'm glad you found the exercises and tips helpful. Keep up the good work!

Thanks Laura for the feedback. Our workstation assessments are tailor made, as there is not a one rule fits so I'm pleased to hear you came away knowing what changes your could make. We believe that prevention of health issues is better than cure.

Jo is knowledgeable, helpful and very patient.
She was very quickly able to identify several adaptations I could make to my workspace to improve my wellbeing and followed up very quickly with a report for my work.
